Abstract(s)
O presente relatório tem como finalidade descrever e refletir sobre o trabalho de intervenção realizado durante o estágio numa escola do Ensino Básico. O tema escolhido foi a dinamização de uma biblioteca escolar e a sua articulação com a sala de aula, no sentido da promoção da leitura junto de alunos(as) de uma turma de 3ºano do Ensino Básico.
Metodologicamente, o estudo segue uma abordagem do tipo investigação-ação baseada em experiências de ensino. As propostas pedagógicas desenvolveram-se ao longo de seis semanas.
O estudo fundamenta-se, do ponto de vista teórico, num quadro que inscreve o processo (complexo) que envolve saber ler, a importância de encorajar as crianças a serem leitores, a reflexão sobre o papel da escola e das bibliotecas escolares na formação de leitores competentes e na promoção de hábitos de leitura duradouros.
The purpose of the present study is to study the use of a school library in the classroom, in the elementar school the promotion of reading among students of a class of third grade of basic education is another goal to achieve. Methodologically, the study is a research-action approach based on educational experiments, including the educational school library resources. The study is based, from the theoretical point on a framework that is part of the complex process that involves reading, the importance of encouraging children to read, the role of the school and the school libraries in the development of competent readers and in the promotion of lasting reading habits.
