Abstract(s)
O Gabinete de Segurança Militar (GSM) é o órgão responsável pela segurança nas Unidades Base (UB), contudo é obrigação de todos, militares e civis, zelarem pela mesma.
Nesta investigação, foi definido o objeto de estudo como sendo a estrutura orgânica de um GSM, onde se analisou se a atual estrutura orgânica de um GSM se adapta à Força Aérea (FA). Para o efeito utilizou-se um raciocínio hipotético-dedutivo sustentado em leituras preliminares, pesquisa documental e legislativa. Foram também elaboradas entrevistas exploratórias a militares com conhecimentos acerca da segurança militar.
A estratégia de investigação adotada foi a quantitativa, utilizando-se um estudo de caso baseado no GSM do CA.
Para dar seguimento ao presente trabalho de investigação, foram efetuadas entrevistas aos chefes dos setores e Gabinetes de Segurança Militar da FA, a fim de se perceber se a atual estrutura se adapta à FA.
Os resultados das entrevistas demonstraram que, efectivamente, a atual estrutura orgânica necessita de ser reorganizada, muito devido à falta de recursos humanos e consequentemente originar a acumulação de funções dos militares que desempenham os respetivos cargos.
Conclui-se o presente trabalho, onde se propõe uma nova estrutura orgânica de um GSM. Abstract: The Military Security Cabinet (MSC) it is responsible for the security in Air Bases and Air Force Units, however it is everyone’s obligation, military and civilians, to care for it also.
In this investigation, the object of study was defined as the organic structure of a MSC. And it was analyzed whether the current organic structure of a MSG adapts to the Air Force (AF). For this purpose, a hypothetical-deductive reasoning based on preliminary readings of documents and legislative research was used. Exploratory interviews to military personnel with knowledge of military security were also conducted.
The research strategy adopted was the quantitative one, using a Case Study based on the MSC of the Air Command.
To proceed with this research work, interviews were conducted to the chiefs of Sectors and Cabinets of Military Security of the Air Force, in order to know if the current structure adapts to the AF.
The interviews results showed that the current organic structure needs to be reorganized, due to the lack of human resources, which means that there is an accumulation of several functions of the military personnel who hold the respective positions.
The present work proposes a new organic structure for a MSC.
