O presente reflecte uma sociedade completamente debruƧada na inovaĆ§Ć£o e
exploraĆ§Ć£o tecnolĆ³gica para satisfazer as mais diversas necessidades. A evoluĆ§Ć£o Ć©
constante e sucede a um ritmo tĆ£o alucinante que quando Ć© tido em consideraĆ§Ć£o um
passado recente, as diferenƧas tornam-se notĆ³rias e previsƵes sobre o futuro, por vezes,
revelam-se profundamente errĆ³neas. Tendo em linha de conta a actuaĆ§Ć£o das PolĆcias, Ć©
impossĆvel dissociar um acompanhamento constante das tecnologias que sĆ£o criadas,
sob pena de nĆ£o preencherem os requisitos mĆnimos para cumprirem a sua actividade
com sucesso. Desta forma, com a acentuaĆ§Ć£o da importĆ¢ncia de gestĆ£o de meios e
recursos, passou a ser imperativo para qualquer instituiĆ§Ć£o com recursos mĆ³veis encetar
a observaĆ§Ć£o desta temĆ”tica com um olhar mais concentrado, recaindo o foco de atenĆ§Ć£o
na geolocalizaĆ§Ć£o, em tempo real, dos recursos operacionais. Ć uma tecnologia que jĆ”
serve para os fins de diversas empresas e PolĆcias por todo o mundo, permitindo
controlar, por parte das chefias, os recursos humanos, gastos orƧamentais, tempos de
resposta, bem como auxiliar na tomada de decisĆ£o.
Present times reveal a society which relies on constant technological innovation and exploration in order to satisfy a diversity of needs. This evolution is constant and it follows such a fast rhythm that when one takes into account the recent past, the differences are in fact notorious and the predictions for the future sometimes may turn out to be profoundly misleading. Taking into consideration the actions of the police, it is impossible to disassociate the constant use of newly developed technologies, running the risk that the minimum requirements to successfully carry out these tasks would not be met. This way, and with the increasing importance on managing certain assets and resources, it has become crucial for any institution with mobile resources to begin to analyze this subject matter with a more detailed eye, particularly to the (real time) geolocalization of the operational resources. The latter is a technology already used and applied in various private companies and police departments worldwide, allowing you to, on behalf of the senior managers, control the human resources, manage budgetary expenditure, response times, as well as support and assist in certain decision making scenarios.
