Abstract(s)
Na infância, a Asma é a doença Crônica mais comum. Com uma prevalência
crescente, atinge aproximadamente 14% das crianças, afetando o sistema de
saúde e as sociedades de forma global, lesando a produtividade dos indivíduos e
sendo disruptiva para as famílias. O seu controlo é necessário, sendo que a
implementação de estratégias envolve necessariamente esforços a todos os
níveis (nacionais, regionais, locais, etc.) e uma equipa multidisciplinar capacitada.
Visando o desenvolvimento da enfermagem de reabilitação, a Mesa do
Colégio de Enfermagem de Reabilitação, identifica como área emergente de
investigação as “intervenções autónomas do enfermeiro de reabilitação na função
respiratória” e ainda como área prioritária de investigação, a “capacitação da
pessoa e/ou cuidador informal”. Assente nesta premissa, objetiva-se com a
evidência a expor, que se dê visibilidade a essas intervenções, no âmbito da
gestão da asma na criança.
O presente Relatório de Estágio visa evidenciar, o percurso e as atividades
que foram desenvolvidas ao longo do ensino clínico, e que refletem o
desenvolvimento de competências especificas de Enfermeiro Especialista em
Enfermagem de Reabilitação, comuns de Enfermeiro Especialista e, de Mestre
através da consecução dos seguintes objetivos:
1. Desenvolver Competências Científicas e Técnicas de Enfermeiro
Especialista em Enfermagem de Reabilitação na Gestão da Asma na
Criança, contribuindo para a melhoria dos cuidados nesta área;
2. Desenvolver competências de Enfermeiro Especialista em Enfermagem de
Reabilitação para cuidar, capacitar e maximizar a funcionalidade de
pessoas com necessidades especiais, decorrentes de alterações motoras,
sensitivas e respiratórias, ao longo do ciclo de vida, promovendo o
autocuidado;
3. Desenvolver competências no domínio da supervisão, liderança e gestão de
cuidados de enfermagem, promovendo a sua continuidade, qualidade e
segurança;

Their control is necessary, and implementation of strategies necessarily involves efforts at all levels (national, regional, local, etc.) and a trained multidisciplinary team. Aiming at the development of rehabilitation nursing, the Bureau of the College of Rehabilitation Nursing identifies the "autonomous interventions of the rehabilitation nurse in the respiratory function" as an emerging area of research, and as a priority area of research, the "empowerment of the person and / or informal caregiver". Based on this premise, it is objectified with the evidence to be exposed, that these interventions be given visibility in the management of asthma in children. This Internship Report aims to highlight the course and activities that have been developed throughout clinical teaching, and which reflect the development of Nurse Specialist in Rehabilitation Nursing (NSRN) and common Nurse Specialist competencies, as well as Master's through the achievement of the following objectives: 1. Develop Scientific and Technical Skills of Nursing Specialist in Rehabilitation Nursing in the Management of Asthma in Children, contributing to the improvement of care in this area; 2. Develop Nurse Specialist in Rehabilitation Nursing competencies to care for, empower and maximize the functionality of people with special needs, resulting from motor, sensory and respiratory changes throughout the life cycle, promoting self-care; 3.
