La biomasa térmica en la rehabilitación de edificios colectivos : sistemas de almacenamiento

| dc.description.abstract | La utilización de los sistemas de biomasa como energía renovable en la rehabilitación energética de edificios es muy desconocida en el campo de la arquitectura. Esta energía renovable sufrió grandes cambios en los últimos años, que posibilitaron su implantación en muchas rehabilitaciones energéticas. La escasez de publicaciones específicas sobre la biomasa térmica en la rehabilitación de edificios provoca que la investigación se enfoque, en una primera fase, en conocer mejor la situación actual de la instalación de la biomasa en Galicia, que se realiza a través del rastreo de los posibles estudios de caso, con la elaboración del inventario. Este inventario permitió conocer en que tipologías se habían implando estos sistemas y también conocer cuáles son los tipos de biomasa solidas más utilizada. El principal objetivo es analizar las limitaciones que presentan los diferentes sistemas de almacenamiento en la rehabilitación energética de edificios, a través de la creación inventario, el análisis y definición de las singularidades que ayuden a determinar pautas para futuras rehabilitaciones energéticas. También conocer la realidad de la implementación de sistemas de biomasa en la rehabilitación de edificios en el ámbito de Galicia. Metodológicamente, la investigación se realizará a través de los estudios de caso de instalaciones de biomasa en edificios de uso residencial vivienda colectivo presentes en Pontevedra. El trabajo está compuesto principalmente por cinco partes: las dos primeras se centran en introducción y fundamentación teórica; las dos siguientes, cada una correspondiente a uno de los objetivos propuesto; y una última parte con las conclusiones generales y específicas a cada objetivo. En conclusión, la investigación, constituye una contribución para el conocimiento de los sistemas de biomasa utilizados en la rehabilitación de edificios, y las conclusiones del segundo objetivo nos detallan una línea de actuación en las diferentes tipologías analizadas a través de los estudios de caso. | pt_PT |
| dc.description.abstract | Abstract: The use of biomass as a renewable energy while refurbishing buildings is an unknown issue in the field of architecture. This renewal energy has suffered great changes during last years that led to its introduction into many energy refurbishments. The scarcity of specific publications on the use of thermal biomass in the refurbishment of buildings makes the research to be approached. In a first phase, it is focused in learning more about the current status of the installation of the biomass in Galicia, which is done through the tracking of the potential case studies, with the inventory developments. This inventory allowed us to know in which typologies these systems had been introduced and helped us to identify what are the most used types of solid biomass. The main purpose is to discuss the limitations of the different storage systems in the energy refurbishment of buildings, through the inventory development, analysis and definition of the singularities that can help us to determine guidelines for future energy refurbishments. Also to know the reality of the implementation of biomass systems in the rehabilitation of buildings in the area of Galicia. Methodologically, the research will be carried out through the case studies of biomass installations in buildings for collective housing with residential use present in Pontevedra. The essay is mainly made up of five parts: the first two are focused on the introduction and its theoretical foundation; the following two, each corresponding to one of the proposed objectives; and the last one that reflects the general and specifics conclusions to each objective. To conclude, the research represents a contribution to the knowledge of biomass systems used in the refurbishments of buildings, and the conclusions of the second objective clarify an action line to be taken in the different typologies analyzed through case studies. | pt_PT |
