Abstract(s)
O presente relatório de estágio integra-se no âmbito do terceiro Curso de Mestrado em Enfermagem Médico-Cirúrgica (CMEMC), da Escola Superior de Enfermagem de São José de Cluny, e a sua apresentação e discussão pública pretende a obtenção do grau de Mestre em Enfermagem Médico-Cirúrgica.
Ambiciona, através de uma análise reflexiva acerca do percurso profissional e académico, espelhar todo um processo de refinamento de saberes e edificação de competências comuns e específicas do enfermeiro especialista em Enfermagem Médico-Cirúrgica na Área de Enfermagem à Pessoa em Situação Crítica, culminando com o relato demonstrativo das competências de Mestre em Enfermagem adquiridas.
Expõe uma análise centrada nos contextos do exercício profissional em serviços de urgência e cuidados intensivos e nas práticas clínicas enquadradas nas unidades curriculares Estágio I – Urgência, o Estágio II – Cuidados intensivos e Estágio III – Opção do CMEMC, narrando à luz da evidência científica atual e reflexão na ação, o processo de construção de competências especializadas, proporcionado quer pelos contextos quer pela realização de atividades identificadas como promotoras de aprendizagem e desenvolvimento.
Nos três capítulos estruturantes, exibe um percurso de aprendizagem relativo ao cuidado especializado de Enfermagem à pessoa em situação crítica vítima de catástrofe e emergência multivítimas, numa abordagem integrada desde o pré-hospitalar ao intra-hospitalar.
Enfatiza a vulnerabilidade subjacente às situações de catástrofe e emergências multivítimas para o indivíduo, família e comunidade e fundamenta a pertinência da intervenção do enfermeiro especialista em Enfermagem à pessoa em situação crítica neste campo de ação, percecionando-o como um agente facilitador no planeamento e implementação de estratégias de saúde, contribuindo para a realização de processos de transição saudáveis, determinantes em todas as fases do socorro e do designado ciclo da catástrofe.
The following internship report is integrated in the master’s degree for Medical-Surgical Nursing, from the nursing school São José de Cluny. Its presentation and public discussion is intended to obtain a degree of Master in said course. Through a reflexive analysis about the professional and academic career, it’s intended to show the refinement of knowledge and build-up of common and professional expertise specific to the nurse specialised in medical-surgical nursing, culminating with the demonstrative report of competences acquired as Master of Nursing. The analysis is based in the context of professional practice in ER and ICU services and in the clinical practices fitting the curricular units Internship I - Emergency, Internship II - Intensive Care and Internship III - Option of CMEC, narrating in the light of actual scientific evidence and action reflexion, the process of constructing specialised competences, delivered either by context or by the performance of activities identified as promotors of learning and development. In the three structuring chapters, displays a learning path relative to the specialised care of nursing to the person in critical situation victim of catastrophe and multiple victims emergency, with and approach integrated from the pre-hospital to in-hospital. It emphasises the vulnerability underlying the situation of catastrophe and emergencies multi-victims to the individual, family and community and bases the relevance of the intervention of the nurse specialised in nursing to the person in critical situation in this field of action; perceives it as a facilitator agent in planning and implementing health strategies, contributing to the healthy transition process, determinant in all the rescue phases and the designated cycle of catastrophe.
