Abstract(s)
Este estudo foi desenvolvido no seguimento da realização do estágio curricular na empresa Unono, em Lisboa, onde, através da pesquisa feita, foram obtidas importantes conclusões.
O objetivo deste estudo foi procurar saber a razão ou o impacto das redes sociais online como uma forma de recrutamento emergente e saber o porquê de ser uma ferramenta tão utilizada hoje em dia.
Ao longo deste trabalho é falado sobre o recrutamento e seleção, sobre as redes socias online e a forma de recrutar através das mesmas, tendo conhecimento das vantagens e desvantagens adquiridas desta ferramenta, e por fim abordam-se as entrevistas, nomeadamente as telefónicas. Ao longo da revisão de literatura foram analisados alguns dados da atualidade, obtidos através da internet, artigos, jornais e revistas nos últimos 5 anos.
No âmbito desta pesquisa, foi possível diagnosticar quais os comportamentos que as pessoas apresentam nas redes sociais, bem como a utilização e o sucesso nos diferentes domínios, em particular o Linkedin. Foi possível também observar algumas conclusões de diversos autores sobre o tema do recrutamento e seleção pelas redes sociais, no qual vai adicionar informação qualitativa e experiente ao estudo.
Conclui-se que as redes sociais surgem como ferramentas complementares de recrutamento, que fomentam e amplificam as fontes de recrutamento tradicionais não sendo assim, ferramentas que operam por si só, ou seja, as mais valias que brindam só existem quando são empregues em conjunto com outros métodos.
This study was developed in the following of my curricular internship at the company Unono, in Lisbon, where some conclusions were obtained through the research carried out. The purpose of this work was to study the reason or the impact of online social networks as a form of emergent recruitment and to know why it is such a spoken tool today. Throughout this work, it was talk about recruitment and selection, about online social networks and how to recruit through them, knowing the advantages and disadvantages acquired from this tool, and finally it was approached a little about the interviews, namely the telephone ones. Throughout the literature review it was analyzed some current data, obtained through the internet, articles, newspapers and magazines in the last 5 years. In the scope of this research, it was possible to diagnose what behaviors people present in social networks, as well as the use and success in the different domains, in particular Linkedin. It was also possible to observe some conclusions of several authors on the subject of recruitment and selection by social networks, in which it will add qualitative and experienced information to the study. It is concluded that social networks appear as complementary recruitment tools, which foment and amplify the traditional sources of recruitment, not being tools that operate by themselves, that is, the added value they provide only exist when they are used in conjunction with other methods.
