| dc.description.abstract | O presente trabalho de investigação aplicada tem como tema central “A Interpretação Geopolítica e Geoestratégica do Petróleo: Dinâmicas de Poder, Dilemas e Conflitualidade”. O estudo deste tema tem como principal objectivo perceber onde e em que quantidade existe o petróleo, procurando relacionar a situação geográfica das reservas com as dinâmicas políticas e estratégicas dos principais países consumidores de petróleo, perceber as dinâmicas de poder em seu torno e, por fim, compreender este recurso como possível fonte de conflitualidade, analisando de que forma origina tensões e quem são os potenciais actores. Para a realização deste trabalho, recorremos sobretudo a pesquisa bibliográfica, consulta de mapas e documentação oficial. De forma a sustentar o trabalho foi elaborada uma questão central, “Em que medida o petróleo se consubstancia como fonte de conflitualidade na actualidade”. Este trabalho está constituído por quatro partes, sendo que na primeira encontra-se a parte conceptual. A segunda parte refere-se à história do petróleo e aos momentos centrais da sua evolução. Na terceira, e sem dúvida, a mais importante constam os temas para se chegar ao objectivo desta temática. Por fim, a quarta parte será onde estarão as conclusões a que se chegou. Após as análises elaboradas durante o desenvolvimento deste trabalho conclui-se que de facto o petróleo pode ser considerado uma fonte de conflitualidade na actualidade. Contudo, a grande conclusão refere-se ao facto que este recurso energético é apenas um factor e não o único factor de conflitualidade na actualidade. | por |
| dc.description.abstract | Abstract The present work of applied investigation has as central theme the “Geopolitics and Geostrategic Interpretation of the Petroleum: Dynamics of Power, Dilemmas and Conflict”. The study of this theme has as main objective to notice where and in that amount exists the petroleum, trying to relate the geographical situation of the reserves with the political and strategic dynamics of the main consuming countries of petroleum, to notice the dynamics of power in his lathe and, finally, to understand this resource as possible conflict source, analyzing that form originates tensions and who are the potentials actors. For the accomplishment of this work, we went through the bibliographical research above all, consultation of maps and official documentation. In way to sustain the work a central question was elaborated, "In that measured the petroleum is made as a source of conflict at present”. This work is constituted by four parts, and in the first is the part conceptual. The second part refers to the history of the petroleum and the moments center of his evolution. In the third, and without a doubt, the most important consists the themes to arrive to the objective of this theme. Finally, the fourth part will be where they will be the conclusions the one that was arrived. After the analyses prepared for the development of this study concluded that in fact the oil can be considered a source of conflict at present. However, the vast conclusion refers to the fact that this energy resource is only one factor and not the sole factor in the current conflict. | por |
