O plano de negócios que se apresenta, tem como objetivo a criação, implementação e
análise da viabilidade económico-financeira de uma empresa de eventos denominada
Show Portugal que será localizada no centro de Lisboa.
Este projeto surge como resposta à crescente procura de produtos turísticos na cidade
e, essencialmente, como algo inovador e diferenciado. Considerando que o turismo em
geral e os eventos em particular, são motores essenciais para o desenvolvimento do
país, a Show Portugal, será uma mais-valia ao contribuir para o crescimento dessas
atividades económicas.
Este negócio destina-se aos turistas da cidade de Lisboa e visa tornar a sua experiência
turística em algo único e memorável. A Show Portugal organizará espetáculos sobre a
história, a cultura, os hábitos, os costumes e a gastronomia portuguesa, de forma a que
os seus espetadores enriqueçam os seus conhecimentos sobre Lisboa, num ambiente
lúdico e de diversão. Por outro lado, pretende-se também potencializar os recursos e a
economia da cidade.
Os fatores críticos de sucesso desta empresa serão a inovação na oferta de serviços e
a animação proporcionada ao cliente.
O investimento inicial no projeto será de 5.000€, e de acordo com os pressupostos e as
estimativas consideradas, terá um Valor Atual líquido de (VAL) de 34.873€, uma Taxa
Interna de Rendibilidade (TIR) de 192,63% e um Payback period de 1 ano, e é, por isso,
um projeto económica e financeiramente viável.

Considering that tourism in general and events, in particular, are essential engines for the country's development, Show Portugal will be an add-value in contributing to the growth of these economic activities. This business is aimed at tourists from the city of Lisbon and aims to make their tourism experience unique and memorable. Show Portugal will organize shows about Portuguese history, culture, habits, customs, and gastronomy, so that its spectators enrich their knowledge of Lisbon, in a playful and fun environment. On the other hand, it is also intended to enhance the city's resources and economy. Critical success factors for this company will be innovation in service delivery and customer animation. The initial investment in the project will be € 5,000, and according to the assumptions and estimates considered, it will have a Net Present Value (NPV) of € 34,873, an Internal Rate of Return (IRR) of 192.63% and a Payback period of 1 year, and it is, therefore, an economically and financially feasible project.
