Abstract(s)

The self-report results obtained by the collaborators on the perception of Quality of Life and Health, namely the SF-36 questionnaire, were all positive. In the Logistic Regression analysis, the participants reported having a worse perception of their Health and Quality of Life in four subscales of the SF-36 questionnaire, we selected three to carry out a more detailed analysis, which was: Emotional Limitations, Mental Health and Vitality. As for the results of the sociodemographic variables, women were more likely to have lower averages in the Emotional Limitations and Mental Health subscales; employees who were infected by the Covid-19 virus had reduced averages in the Mental Health and Vitality subscales; and employees of the Mixed work regime present a reduced averages in the Vitality subscale.
