Este trabalho de investigação tem como objectivo analisar os diversos métodos de produção e captação de energia e de outros recursos necessários, de modo a adequar a sua utilização à realidade da Força Aérea. Para isso utiliza-se como objecto de estudo o Comando Operacional da Força Aérea (COFA).
Assim, foi feita uma análise das várias fontes de energia disponíveis e dos processos ou métodos utilizados para a sua obtenção. Em seguida foram analisados os agentes responsáveis pelo consumo dessa mesma energia.
Nos vários casos foram feitas comparações entre os sistemas implementados e os alternativos de modo a verificar se estamos em todos eles a utilizar a opção mais eficiente.
A metodologia utilizada passa por questionar se, em função da actual conjuntura energética e económica, se justificará uma alteração profunda dos métodos e procedimentos utilizados na obtenção da energia necessária.
São colocadas hipóteses sobre as várias situações sendo testadas através de informações recolhidas e de entrevistas.
O resultado obtido com esta análise mostra-nos que há caminhos alternativos para chegar ao mesmo sítio, e por vezes mais além.
No final deste trabalho são elaboradas algumas recomendações com vista à possível implementação de alternativas apresentadas, de modo a dar utilidade prática às conclusões obtidas durante a investigação. Abstract: The purpose of this investigation is to study and examine the various methods of production and collection of energy and other resources needed and to adapt its use to the reality of the Air Force. For that is used as the object of study the Air Force Operational Command (COFA).
It was made an analysis of various sources of energy available and the procedures or methods to obtain that energy. After that we analyze the agents that we consider responsible for the consumption of that energy.
In several cases comparisons are made between the systems implemented and the alternative to see if we are always using the most efficient option.
The methodology used is to ask, considering the current energy situation and economic evidence, if a profound change of methods and procedures used in obtaining the necessary power will be justified and necessary.
Assumptions are placed on the various situations being tested through information gathered and some interviews.
The gotten results of this analysis show us that there are alternative ways to reach the same objective, and sometimes to go beyond.
Finally this document describes the findings and points some recommendations towards the practical application of its conclusions.
