Objective: To evaluate the sociodemographic, psychosocial, and self-perception profile of men who undergo facial aesthetic procedures, as well as to identify the factors associated with the demand for these treatments. Materials and Methods: A multicenter cross-sectional study was conducted using an online questionnaire administered to 246 men aged between 18 and 65 years. Participants were allocated into two groups: individuals who had previously undergone facial aesthetic procedures (YAP; n = 100) and individuals who had never undergone facial aesthetic procedures (NAP; n = 146). Sociodemographic data were collected, and the validated Portuguese versions of the FACE-Q scales were applied. Results: Men who had undergone aesthetic procedures were more likely to be between 31 and 45 years old, have higher income levels, and be in a stable relationship. In addition, they reported greater concerns regarding facial ageing and higher appearance-related distress, as well as lower satisfaction with facial appearance, psychological function, and satisfaction with the lower face and jawline. Age, income, relationship status, country of origin, and concerns related to ageing and appearance were identified as independent predictors of undergoing aesthetic procedures. Conclusion: Men seeking facial aesthetic procedures demonstrate greater awareness of facial ageing and increased concern regarding their appearance. These findings contribute to a better understanding of the factors associated with the demand for aesthetic treatments among men and may support the development of more individualized clinical approaches.
