| dc.description.abstract | A gestĆ£o de pessoas Ć©, actualmente, uma preocupaĆ§Ć£o constante na sociedade, principalmente, quando o efectivo existente nĆ£o Ć© suficiente para fazer face Ć actividade que tem de ser desenvolvida. Assim, surge a necessidadede gerir este recurso de modo a que essa actividade nĆ£o sofra quebras e o serviƧo seja sempre garantido. Neste trabalho encontra-se um leque de conceitos, teorias, referĆŖncia a estudos jĆ” feitos sobre a temĆ”tica especĆfica e uma anĆ”lise ao tipo de medidas a ser tomadas. Tudo isto, com a finalidade de melhor gerir as pessoas num escalĆ£ohierĆ”rquico operacional para suprir a falta de efectivo. O trabalho inclui uma enorme pesquisa sobre a GestĆ£o de Recursos Humanos, mas toca apenas nos pontos essenciais com vista aos objectivos propostos. Pretende, tambĆ©m, acentuar o ponto de vista actual da Guarda Nacional Republicana no que toca Ć sua actividade nos Destacamentos Territoriais. Para isso, um estudo empĆrico foi realizado para obter informaĆ§Ć£o junto dos Comandantes de Destacamento Territorial de todo o paĆs, com vista a analisar a situaĆ§Ć£o actual e inferir soluƧƵes para a resoluĆ§Ć£o de um problema que tem vindo a ser descurado. Na elaboraĆ§Ć£o deste trabalho recorreu-se a um suporte para recolha de informaĆ§Ć£o, nomeadamente o Statistical Package for Social Sciences de modo a analisar estatisticamente os dados obtidos. Este trabalho permitiu obter conclusƵes face Ć pesquisa efectuada, uma vez que no contexto actual, o melhoramento da actividade operacional obriga a um elevado esforƧo de adaptaĆ§Ć£o e flexibilidade Ć s mudanƧas no meio envolvente. Esta flexibilidade passa, obrigatoriamente, por uma racionalizaĆ§Ć£o e gestĆ£o de pessoas que, respondendo aos novos desafios que lhe sĆ£o colocados pela conjuntura nacional, funcione como dinamizadora no desenvolvimento da InstituiĆ§Ć£o, favorecendo e controlando a mudanƧa. | por |
| dc.description.abstract | Abstract The management of people is a constant concert in society nowadays, particularly when the effective existing is not enough to deal with the activity that needs to be developed. Therefore, there is a need to manage this resource so that this activity does not suffer losses and the service is always guaranteed. In this paper is a range of concepts, theories, referring to studies already made on a specific theme and an analysis to the type of measures to betaken. All this was made in order to improve the management of people in an operational hierarchical step to fill the lack of effective. This thesis includes a massive search on the Management of Human Resources, but only touches on key points in order to develop the proposed objectives. The aim is also to emphasize the current point of view of the NationalRepublican Guard concerning its activity in the Territorial Posting. For this, an empirical study was conducted to obtain information from the Commanders of the Territorial Posting of the entire country in order to examine the current situation and infer solutions to solve a problem that has been neglected. In the elaboration of this dissertation, a support for the collection of information, including the Statistical Package for Social Sciences, was appealed in order to statistically analyze the obtained information. This study led to conclusions achieved due to the research carried out, given that in the current context the improvement of the operational activity requires a high effort and flexibility to adapt to the environment changes. This flexibility inevitably passes for a rationalization and management of people, which, responding to new challenges they face by the national situation, act as facilitator in the development of the institution, promoting and managing change. | por |
