Para determinar la viabilidad de la estrategia de negocio de un servicio de dependiente judicial virtual que opera por medio de una plataforma web y de una aplicación móvil, es necesario establecer si esa herramienta móvil resulta ser funcional y práctica para las actividades permanentes de vigilancia que realizan los abogados de Colombia a los procesos judiciales que tienen a su cargo, esto con el propósito de comprender si esta aplicación brinda a los abogados ahorro de tiempo y dinero en las actividades de carácter operativo.
El trabajo determinará si el uso de las Tecnologías de la Información y Comunicación TICS, puede ser un elemento innovador en el campo de la abogacía y así obtener un nicho de mercado sólido que le permita a Monolegal alcanzar la apertura de un espacio comercial y que sea rentable.
To determine if a paralegal virtual service, that operates through a web platform and a mobile application (app), is a viable business strategy, it is necessary to determine whether that mobile tool proves to be functional and practical for the permanent monitoring activities performed by lawyers in Colombia to the judicial processes on their charge. This, in order to establish whether the app represents a saving of time and money for lawyers in the development of such operational activities. This study will determine whether the use of Information Technology and Communication ICT can be an innovative element in the field of law and thus, be able to have a solid niche market that allows Monolegal to enter in a profitable commercial space.
