| dc.description.abstract | O tema proposto insere-se na área científica da gestão, mais precisamente no âmbito da Gestão dos Recursos Humanos do setor da saúde, sustentado pelas alterações dos últimos anos no Sistema de Saúde Militar. A situação vivida nas Forças Armadas e mais concretamente no Sistema de Saúde Militar torna esta temática atual e pertinente. A dificuldade em recrutar e reter os quadros de saúde, com especial incidência na classe de Médicos Navais, aliada às mais diversas contenções impostas, envolve implicações na gestão e consequentemente na sustentabilidade do quadro, decorrendo da mesma uma significativa redução dos efetivos. Esta investigação tem como objeto de estudo a classe de Médicos Navais. Paras isso, adotámos a metodologia do “Estudo de Caso”, ajustada a uma situação de contexto real, tendo-se recorrido a diferentes técnicas de colheita e análise de dados, por forma a obter um diagnóstico seguro. Ao longo da investigação procurámos o “estado da arte” e o enquadramento legal que esta temática envolve, tendo a pesquisa bibliográfica, a análise de dados estatísticos e a opinião de especialistas na área dos recursos humanos sido fundamentais para propor um modelo de gestão conjugada para a classe de Médicos Navais. Abstract: The proposed theme is inserted in the scientific area of management, more precisely in the area of Human Resources Management of the health sector. It is sustained by the recent alterations in the Military Health System. The situation experienced in the Armed Forces and more precisely in the Military Health System makes this subject relevant and significant in the present day. The difficulty in recruiting and retaining Navy Health personnel, particularly Medical officers, combined with the most diverse restrictions imposed implications in management and consequently the sustainability of the health system, causing a significant reduction of permanent personnel. This investigation aims to study the Management of the personnel in the Navy’s health sector. For this purpose, we adopted the “Case Study” methodology, adapted to a real context situation, having resorted to different techniques of data collection and analysis, to support the expected results. Throughout the investigation we researched the “state of the art” and the legal context that this thematic involves, where bibliographic research, statistic data analysis and human resources expert’s opinion were fundamental to get a conjugated management model for the Portuguese Navy Doctors career management. | pt_PT |
