| dc.description.abstract | A presente investigação tem como objeto de estudo as competĂȘncias de liderança associadas ao Ensino Superior Militar, na perspetiva da sua adequabilidade aos atuais cenĂĄrios de atuação das Forças Armadas e da Guarda Nacional Republicana. Assim, o objetivo da presente investigação consiste em avaliar se estĂŁo a ser desenvolvidas, no Ensino Superior Militar, as competĂȘncias de liderança adequadas aos Oficiais do Quadro Permanente das Forças Armadas e da Guarda Nacional Republicana, face Ă s necessidades para o exercĂcio de funçÔes nos atuais cenĂĄrios onde estes possam ser empenhados. Seguindo uma estratĂ©gia de investigação qualitativa, materializada atravĂ©s de uma pesquisa documental e de entrevistas semiestruturadas, cujos dados foram alvo de anĂĄlise de conteĂșdo, pretendeu-se recolher informação que permita avaliar se as competĂȘncias de liderança desenvolvidas sĂŁo adequadas, isto Ă©, se existe correlação entre a formação ministrada e as necessidades das Forças Armadas e da Guarda Nacional Republicana, bem como identificar eventuais necessidades de adaptação do modelo de formação em liderança estabelecido. Genericamente, concluiu-se que as competĂȘncias de liderança desenvolvidas no Ensino Superior Militar nĂŁo se encontram totalmente adequadas Ă s necessidades, devendo ser desenvolvidas segundo um processo contĂnuo e transversal, sendo necessĂĄrio haver uma maior interligação entre os vĂĄrios Estabelecimentos de Ensino Superior Militar. Abstract: The present research aims at the leadership competences associated to Military Higher Education, in the perspective of its suitability to the current scenarios of the Armed Forces and the National Republican Guard. Thus, the objective of the present investigation is to evaluate if the leadership skills appropriate to the Permanent Staff of the Armed Forces and the National Republican Guard are being developed in the Military Higher Education, considering the needs for the exercise of functions in the current scenarios where they can be committed. Following a qualitative research strategy, materialized through documentary research and semi-structured interviews, whose data were the subject of content analysis, it was intended to collect information that allows to evaluate if the developed leadership competences are adequate, this is, if there is a correlation between the training provided and the needs of the Armed Forces and the National Republican Guard, as well as identifying eventual adaptation needs of the established leadership training model. Generally, it was concluded that the leadership competences developed in Military Higher Education are not totally adequate to the needs and should be developed according to a continuous and transversal process, being necessary to have a greater interconnection between the several Military Higher Education Institutions. | pt_PT |
