O presente relatĂłrio, surge no Ăąmbito, do 3.Âș Curso de Mestrado em Enfermagem com Ărea de Especialização em Enfermagem ComunitĂĄria realizado na Escola Superior de SaĂșde de Portalegre â Instituto PolitĂ©cnico de Portalegre.
A partir da Metodologia de Planeamento em SaĂșde, descrevemos, analisamos e re-flectimos com base nas competĂȘncias definidas para o enfermeiro especialista de saĂșde comunitĂĄria sobre um conjunto de acçÔes de educação para a saĂșde, relacionadas com a sexualidade na adolescĂȘncia e implementadas em contexto escolar.
Deste modo, com base nos problemas e necessidades identificadas, interviemos jun-to de 205 alunos a frequentar o 8.Âș e o 11.Âș de Escolaridade e com idades compreendidas entre os 13 e os 20 anos.
Foram realizadas nove sessĂ”es de educação para a saĂșde, que tiveram uma avalia-ção positiva de 98,1%.
This report comes under, the 3rd Master's Course in Nursing with Specialization in Community Nursing held in the Health School of Portalegre - Polytechnic Institute of Portale-gre. From the Planning Methodology Health, we describe, analyze and reflect based on the skills defined for the community health nurse specialist on a set of educational activities for health, related to adolescent sexuality and implemented in school context. Based on the identified needs, we worked among 205 students in the 8th and the 11th of Education and aged between 13 to 20 years. They were made nine educational health sessions and obtained a positive rating of 98.1%.
