A conjuntura actual, onde as organizações se inserem, coloca novos desafios aos líderes, impondo-lhes agir de forma mais eficiente e eficaz.
A pesquisa efectuada, que teve como referencia o método de investigação científica de Raymond Quivy e Luc Van Campenhoudt, aborda a liderança militar e a liderança nas organizações. O trabalho parte de uma questão central e duas perguntas derivadas e formuladas três hipóteses.
Identificou-se como objectivo identificar qual a liderança pretendida na Forças Armadas Angolanas para fazer fase aos novos desafios, sobretudo na Força Aérea. Tratou-se em especial o ensino e aprendizagem da liderança e recomendou-se a incentivo destas acções. Abstract: The current situation where organizations fall, poses new challenges for leaders requiring it to act more efficiently and effectively.
A search made, that reference was to the method of scientific research of Raymond Quivy and Luc Van Campenhoudt leadership and military leadership in organizations. Work part of a central question and one question derived and formulated two hypotheses.
It was identified as objective identify desired leadership in which the FAA to meet the new challenge especially in FANA, this was especially the teaching and learning of leadership and recommended to encourage these actions.
