Esta pesquisa busca compreender como as escolas estão concebendo e
desenvolvendo a implantação das Diretrizes Curriculares, em Língua Portuguesa e o que
se pode fazer para contribuir com a melhoria da realidade local estudada, abordando
uma reflexão sobre as suas influências no dia-a-dia da escola, tanto no aspecto
socializador, quanto no formativo e cultural. Realizou-se uma breve contextualização e
análise dos indicadores educacionais do Maranhão, perpassando pelas políticas públicas
criadas pela Secretaria de Educação do estado – SEDUC para melhoria do ensino
médio, incluindo a implantação das Diretrizes Curriculares. Analisou-se entre os anos
de 2014 e 2015 os impactos da implantação das novas Diretrizes Curriculares do
Sistema de Ensino do Estado do Maranhão, no cotidiano da escola CEEFM Dr. Geraldo
Melo. A observação, entrevistas e registros das práticas dos gestores escolares e dos
professores de Língua Portuguesa, principalmente na elaboração e execução do
planejamento participativo, foram as técnicas e instrumentos metodológicos utilizados,
que, por sua vez, subsidiaram a análise e discussão dos dados qualitativos. Por meio das
entrevistas foram elencados os aspectos da implantação das diretrizes curriculares
considerados positivos e aqueles que merecem maior atenção por parte dos governantes.
Quanto aos dados de desempenho dos estudantes, analisou-se as possíveis
mudanças ocorridas nas três séries, entre 2014 e 2015, assim como os aspectos que
influenciaram ou não em tais mudanças. Foram observadas também as ações da escola e
até que ponto os esforços dos docentes em Língua Portuguesa têm contribuído para a
apropriação dos conhecimentos da língua, sobretudo, dando suporte aos eixos da leitura,
escrita e oralidade. A pesquisa é qualitativa referente ao campo do currículo e o método
de abordagem da pesquisa é um estudo de caso, por meio da observação e análise das
práticas pedagógicas da escola quanto à aplicação das diretrizes curriculares no
componente curricular de Língua Portuguesa.
This research seeks to understand how schools are conceiving and developing the implementation of the Curriculum Guidelines in Portuguese Language. The focus is to understand how it may contribute to improve the local reality studied, addressing a reflection on its influences in the day to day school as well as in the socializing, formative and cultural aspects. The educational indicators of Maranhão were analyzed through public policies created by the State Department of Education concerning to secondary education and implementation of the Curriculum Guidelines. The impacts of implantation of the new Curriculum Guidelines of Education System of the State of Maranhão were analyzed daily of the CEEFM school Dr. Geraldo Melo between the years of 2014 and 2015. The techquines and methodological tools used in this research were the observation, interviews, and records of practices of the school managers and Portuguese teachers, mainly during the elaboration and execution of participatory planning. Moreover, it subsidized the analysis and discussion of qualitative data. The aspects more positive and others that rulers must pay attention were listed through the interviews. Regarding the student performance data, we analyzed the possible changes that occurred in the three grades between 2014 and 2015 as well as the aspects that influenced or did not influence such changes. We also observed the actions of the school and the extent to which the efforts of teachers in Portuguese have contributed to the appropriation of the knowledge of the language, above all, supporting the axes of reading, writing and orality. The research is qualitative concerning the field of curriculum and the method of approach of the research is a case study through the observation and analysis of the pedagogical practices of the school regarding the application of the curricular guidelines in the curricular component of Portuguese Language.
