Abstract(s)
Este presente trabalho expõe o tema fatores humanos dentro da indústria aeronáutica, abordando os erros realizados pelos operadores durante a realização da sua atividade durante o dia de trabalho, nesse segmento podendo identificar os fatores contributivos para estes. O objetivo deste estudo é analisar os fatores humanos que contribuem para a realização de falhas do tipo erro humano na perspetiva dos operadores de fabricação de aeroestrutura. Para tanto, fez-se um levantamento dos erros mais realizados pelos operadores, a fim de identificar os fatores contributivos. A abordagem foi feita através de um questionário, com o intuito de identificar os principais fatores, na perspetiva dos operadores, que influenciam na realização de erros. Este nos possibilitou uma análise dos fatores que mais ocasionam erros humanos na Fabricação de aeronaves. Atingindo um resultado pretendido, com a análise do homem e suas limitações.
This work discusses the topic of human factors within the aeronautical industry, addressing the errors made by operators during the performance of their activity during the working day, being able to identify the contributory factors for these. The objective of this study is to analyze the human factors that contribute to the realization of human error type failures from the perspective of operators of aerostructure manufacturing. To this end, a survey of the most common errors made by operators was carried out in order to identify the contributing factors. The approach was made through a questionnaire, with the purpose of identifying the main factors, in the operators' perspective, that influence in the accomplishment of errors. This allowed to identify the factors that most cause human errors in aircraft manufacturing. Achieving an intended result, with the analysis of man and his limitations
