Abstract(s)
conceções que as educadoras tinham sobre o brincar e como incluíam este na rotina;
questionário realizados as educadoras cooperantes e análise documental.
As intervenções apresentadas e analisadas
The following project is part of the Master’s Degree in Pre-School Education and has as it’s theme “The importance of playing for the development of children in daycare and kindergarten”. In order to explore the topic in question, I outlined the following objectives for the investigation: i) understand how playing contributes for the process of children’s development; ii) understand the conceptions that educators had about playing and how they included it in the routine; iii) provide interventions that promote moments of play, combined with moments of learning. In this sense, this study describes, analyzes and interprets observations and interventions carried out in internship contexts – Nursery and Kindergarten. Regarding the methodology, a qualitative approach was used, using action researcher as its principles. The procedures for collecting, processing and analyzing information were observation, field notes, multimedia records (photographs and vídeo), cooperative reflections and informal conversations, questionnaire surveys carried out with cooperating educators and document analysis. The observations and the interpretation of the information collected made it possible to better understand the groups of children and their interests, as well as understand the pedagogical practice of the cooperating educators and consequently make proposals for significant interventions. The interventions presented and analyzed in this report were selected taking into account their importance and their nature, both spontaneous and planned. When interpreting them, we understand that playing is an activity that should be valued, as it allows the child to develop emotionally, physically, socially and cognitively.
