Abstract(s)
O presente relatório de estágio aborda o percurso da aluna no
estágio curricular realizado na Agência Fuel e de informação
complementar a este. Primeiramente, é apresentada uma
revisão de literatura à cerca da área em estudo. Em seguida,
é explicada a metodologia seguida pela aluna para a recolha
de informação no decorrer do estágio, seguindo-se uma
contextualização da estrutura organizacional da agência e
consequente apresentação da sua metodologia de trabalho,
que é igualmente aplicada no Departamento no qual a aluna
esteve integrada - o Departamento de Design. Procede-se a
contextualização e descrição das suas colaborações
realizadas em projetos e, é exposta a aplicação do método de
design card sorting a colaboradores da agência. Por fim, é
efetuada uma análise do cruzamento da metodologia seguida
pela Agência Fuel versus uma metodologia proposta por uma
figura de referência na área das metodologias do design.
This internship report covers the student's experience during her curricular internship at Fuel Agency and provides additional information about it. First, a literature review on the area under study is presented. Next, the methodology followed by the student to collect information during the internship is explained, followed by a contextualization of the agency's organizational structure and a presentation of its work methodology, which is also applied in the department in which the student was integrated—the Design Department. The context and description of her contributions to projects are provided, and the application of the card sorting design method to agency employees is explained. Finally, an analysis is made of the comparison between the methodology followed by the Fuel Agency and a methodology proposed by a leading figure in the field of design methodologies.
