Abstract(s)
intermédia do Copenhagen Psychosocial Questionnaire II.
Educational institutions represent a place of extreme importance for all, because it is where we form, also at a personal level but, especially, at the professional level. To this end, we have the support of those who that perform their professional activity, particularly teachers and trainers, and to pass us their knowledge. So, it`s essential that these professionals are trained, particularly at the psychosocial level. This study had the main objective to investigate the existence of psychosocial risks in teachers and trainers of Coimbra. The sample was composed of 119 professionals of four different educational institutions: a primary school, a secondary school, a higher education and a professional education. To proceed to characterization of psychosocial risk factors it used the intermediate version of "Copenhagen Psychosocial Questionnaire II". It was found that professionals show high risk exposure values in the dimension "cognitive demands" and "emotional demands" and also intermediate values in "quantitative demands", "work rate", "job insecurity", "vertical trust", "quality leadership", among others. It was also found that professionals have problems related to psychosocial factors, particularly "stress", "Burnout", "depressive symptoms" and "work-family conflict" at intermediate values and "quality leadership" is directly related to these. Finally, it was concluded that the professionals are exposed to significant psychosocial factors and manifesting effects that may be related to the presence of psychosocial changes, may the occupation, the type of education, the age or the contractual statue influence their appearance.
