No decorrer da recolha bibliográfica e da análise das informações, pudémos verificar que
há uma grande influência dos diferentes tipos de liderança na gestão organizacional e que
o líder é uma figura indispensável nos procedimentos de qualquer empresa. Julgamos
mesmo poder afirmar que ele é a pessoa que veste a camisa da organização e se torna parte
dela.
Em um contexto organizacional os líderes são considerados como a peça fundamental pela
ligação que os mesmos têm com a gestão de pessoas e é de sua responsabilidade transmitir
a cultura da organização e envolver o pessoal de forma a que a missão, visão e valores da
empresa estejam de acordo com os objetivos dos seus colaboradores.
Esta tese pretende realizar um estudo sobre A Mudança na Direção de Tesouraria e
Custódia do Banco Baí e saber qual a influência que a nova liderança trouxe. Tem de igual
modo como objetivo perceber como tem sido o empenho daquela equipa face às mudanças
que a nova liderança tem implementado para o desenvolvimento da organização. É de
realçar que aquando da abertura do Banco Africano de Investimento, aos 14 de novembro
de 1996, a Direção de Tesouraria e Custódia era simplesmente um departamento na qual o
antigo Diretor Sr. Eduardo Rodrigues era o chefe de departamento e também o único
tesoureiro da organização. Com o passar do tempo e com a evolução do departamento de
tesouraria e a criação de várias secções, viu-se a necessidade de se transformar aquele
departamento numa direção com quatro departamentos. Após 20 anos, já cansado o Sr.
Eduardo Rodrigues entrou a necessidade de entrar para a reforma e decidiu preparar
alguém que julgava ter todos requisitos e características exigidas para ocupar o cargo e o
substituir num futuro próximo. Foi, então, escolhida e, de certa forma preparada.
Garibaldina Silva para oucupar o cargo. Em Janeiro de 2017 foi feita a mudança de direção.
Atualmente é claramente entendido o grande impacto nas organizações quando os líderes
estão preocupados não só em obter resultados, mas também em desenvolver o seu estilo de
liderança para então conseguirem levar as suas equipas a realizar os objetivos planejados
com a máxima eficiência e eficácia. Para a obtenção dos resultados deste estudo, foi empregue como estratégia metodológica a
pesquisa pelo método quantitativo e qualitativo, específico a um estudo de caso no qual foi
feito um inquérito por questionário de 19 perguntas aos funcionários e de igual modo foi
feita uma entrevista aos 4 Chefes de Departamento e os 3 Chefes de Departamento
Adjuntos e à atual diretora da Direção de Tesouraria e Custódia do Baí. Através da nossa
pesquisa conseguimos analisar como tem sido a mudança de diretor na Direção de
Tesouraria e Custódia do Baí, medir qual é a posição dos colaboradores com a atual
diretora, quais as dificuldades no desenvolvimento de tarefas e qual é o ambiente de
trabalho predominante naquela Direção.
Throughout the literature collection and analysis of information, we can verify that there is a great influence of different types of leadership in organizational management and that the leader is an indispensable figure in the procedures of any company. We even believe that he is the person who wears the organization's shirt and becomes part of it. In an organizational context, leaders are considered the key to their connection to people management and it is their responsibility to convey the organization's culture and involve staff so that the company's mission, vision and values are according to the objectives of its collaborators. This thesis intends to conduct a study on The Change in Treasury and Custody Direction of Banco Baí and to know what influence the new leadership has brought. It also has as objective to understand how has been the commitment of that team in the face of the changes that the new leadership has implemented for the development of the organization. It should be noted that at the opening of the African Investment Bank, on November 14, 1996, the Treasury and Custody Office was simply a department in which former Director Mr. Eduardo Rodrigues was the head of department and also the sole treasurer of organization. With the passage of time and with the evolution of the treasury department and the creation of several sections, there was a need to transform that department into a direction with four departments. After 20 years, already tired Mr. Eduardo Rodrigues entered the need to enter for retirement and decided to prepare someone who thought they had all the requirements and characteristics required to fill the position and replace it in the near future. It was then chosen and somehow prepared. Garibaldina Silva to fill the position. In January 2017 the change of direction was made. It is now clearly understood the great impact on organizations when leaders are concerned not only with delivering results but also with developing their leadership style so that they can then get their teams to achieve the planned goals with maximum efficiency and effectiveness. In order to obtain the results of this study, the methodological and quantitative method was used as a methodological strategy, specific to a case study in which a questionnaire survey of 19 questions was made to the employees and an interview was made to the 4 Heads of Department and the 3 Deputy Heads of Department and the current director of Treasury and Custody of Baí. Through our research, we have been able to analyze the change of director in the Treasury Department and Bausto Custody, to measure the position of the employees with the current director, the difficulties in the development of tasks and the predominant working environment in that department.
