Abstract(s)
More and more organizations are adapting to new working models, be they face-to-face, hybrid or remote. As a result, Human Resources must preserve and adapt PGRHBE so that they contribute to increasing employee engagement and help prevent burnout. The aim of this study is to understand whether PGRHBE can actually have an impact on employees and whether the mediating variable work-life balance adds significance to the study. By applying a questionnaire and analysing the data, we were able to assess this objective, coming to the conclusion that if the PGRHBE are well defined, the individual and organizational results are positive.
