| dc.description.abstract | Nos últimos anos, tem-se verificado em Portugal um investimento governamental crescente na creche, traduzido essencialmente no aumento da taxa de cobertura e no reforço de medidas de promoção do acesso. Entre outras políticas públicas recentes, destaca-se a homologação do primeiro documento oficial sobre a atividade pedagógica - as Orientações Pedagógicas para Creche. Apesar da relevância destas medidas, constata-se que não foram acompanhadas de um investimento na formação das equipas e na promoção da qualidade destes contextos. Considerando que a investigação aponta para uma associação positiva entre a formação inicial e contínua de profissionais de educação de infância e a qualidade da sua prática pedagógica, este artigo apresenta tensões instigadoras decorrentes das múltiplas transformações em curso. | por |
| dc.description.abstract | In recent years, there has been growing government investment in childcare centers in Portugal, essentially reflected in an increase in the coverage rate and the reinforcement of measures to promote access. Other recent public policies include the approval of the first official document on pedagogical activity - the Pedagogical Guidelines for Daycare. Despite the importance of these measures, they were not supported by investment in staff training and in promoting the quality of these settings. Considering that research points to a positive association between the initial and ongoing training of early childhood education professionals and the quality of their teaching practice, this article presents instigating tensions arising from the multiple transformations in course. | eng |
