O presente relatório surge no âmbito do 1º Mestrado em Enfermagem de Saúde
Mental e Psiquiátrica, da Escola Superior de Enfermagem de São José de Cluny, na unidade
curricular Estágio com Relatório, do ano letivo 2023/2024, visando a sua apresentação e
discussão pública para obtenção do grau académico de Mestre em Enfermagem, de Saúde
Mental e Psiquiátrica.
Intitulado: “Competências Especializadas em Enfermagem de Saúde Mental e
Psiquiátrica: o relaxamento como intervenção psicoterapêutica na pessoa adulta com
comportamento de abuso de substâncias psicoativas”, este relatório tem como objetivos:
evidenciar aquisição e desenvolvimento das competências comuns e de Especialista em
Enfermagem de Saúde Mental e Psiquiátrica; evidenciar o desenvolvimento de competências
de análise e raciocínio crítico-reflexivo; e demonstrar a aquisição e desenvolvimento das
competências de Mestre.
Todo o percurso efetuado permitiu-me a aquisição e desenvolvimento de
competências comuns e especificas do EESMP. O desenvolvimento e aperfeiçoamento das
mais diversas intervenções especializadas, das quais realço as intervenções
psicoterapêuticas, nos diferentes contextos. A intervenção direcionada à pessoa com
comportamento de consumo e abuso de substâncias psicoativas, sua família,
grupo/comunidade, assim como à equipa pluridisciplinar que assegura estes cuidados de
forma integrada, congruente com o preconizado pela evidência científica, foi uma realidade.
Os ensinos clínicos desenrolaram-se em diferentes contextos clínicos: O ensino
clínico I- aconteceu em um Centro de Saúde do Serviço Regional de Saúde. O ensino clínico
II- decorreu em uma unidade de tratamento de adultos com doença mental em fase aguda,
numa instituição privada da Região. E o ensino clínico III- foi desenvolvido em uma unidade
de tratamento diferenciado, direcionado para a intervenção à pessoa com comportamento de
dependência de substâncias psicoativas e sua família.
Para a consecução deste trabalho, recorri à metodologia descritiva, analítica e
reflexiva fundamentando a minha prática na evidência científica e referenciais da profissão.
This report is part of the 1st Master's Degree in Mental Health and Psychiatric Nursing at the Escola Superior de Enfermagem de São José de Cluny, in the curricular unit Internship with Report, for the academic year 2023/2024, with a view to its presentation and public discussion in order to obtain the academic degree of Master in Mental Health and Psychiatric Nursing. Entitled: ‘Specialised Competences in Mental Health and Psychiatric Nursing: relaxation as a psychotherapeutic intervention in adults with psychoactive substance abuse behaviour’, this report aims to: demonstrate the acquisition and development of common and specialist competences in Mental Health and Psychiatric Nursing; demonstrate the development of analysis and critical-reflective reasoning competences; and demonstrate the acquisition and development of Master's competences. The whole journey has enabled me to acquire and develop common and specific EESMP competences. The development and improvement of a wide range of specialised interventions, including psychotherapeutic interventions in different contexts. Intervention aimed at the person with psychoactive substance use and abuse behaviour, their family, group/community, as well as the multidisciplinary team that provides this care in an integrated manner, in line with scientific evidence, was a reality. Clinical teaching took place in different clinical contexts: Clinical teaching I- took place in a Health Centre of the Regional Health Service. Clinical teaching II - took place in a treatment unit for adults with acute mental illness, in a private institution in the region. And clinical teaching III - was carried out in a differentiated treatment unit, aimed at intervening with people with psychoactive substance addiction behaviour and their families. To carry out this work, I used descriptive, analytical and reflective methodology, basing my practice on scientific evidence and professional references.
