O presente Relatório de Estágio aborda a temática do recrutamento e seleção e tem como base o estágio realizado na equipa de Recrutamento e Seleção da Upgrade m, empresa proveniente do Grupo Multipessoal, sendo esta especializada em tecnologias de informação e telecomuni-cações.
Este relatório apresenta assim, uma revisão de literatura que tem como constructos: o recruta-mento e seleção, as redes sociais e o recrutamento através das redes sociais (e-recruitment). Para além disto, procura estabelecer uma ligação entre a análise teórica e tudo o que foi reali-zado durante o estágio, encontrando pontos comuns e percebendo de que forma a organização cumpre com aquilo que é demonstrado na teoria.
The current Internship Report covers the area of recruitment and selection and it’s based on the completed internship in the Recruitment and Staffing team of Upgrade m, a Multipessoal Group company, which is specialized in information and telecommunication technologies. Thus, this report presents a literature review with the following constructs: recruitment and selection, social media and recruitment through social networks (e-recruitment). In addition, the current report seeks to establish a link between theory analysis and everything that has been performed during the internship, discovering points in common and comprehending in what way the organization complies with what is demonstrated in theory.
