| dc.description.abstract | O objectivo deste trabalho é compreender o valor da Contabilidade Patrimonial como ferramenta de gestão e o seu contributo competitivo, num ambiente de mudança tecnológica, a partir de uma visão sistémica e contingêncial do ambiente económico em que está inserida, do seu contributo para uma visão inovadora e tecnológica e do uso dos instrumentos disponíveis para inovar na área da gestão. Analisar a forma como esta estimula o uso das novas tecnológicas em tempos de globalização, de aumento veloz da competição, e de mudanças intensas e rápidas dos modelos de gestão. O conteúdo deste trabalho abrange ainda informações sobre as principais dificuldades, as facilidades e os estímulos com que os gestores portugueses são confrontados, perante o desafio de inovar e competir para crescer, ter prestígio e agregar valor acrescentado às suas organizações. As conclusões do trabalho, pretendem mostrar que o gestor nacional tem consciência da importância estratégica da informação proveniente da contabilidade patrimonial, da necessidade de utilização da inovação tecnológica e da sua aplicação para manter a competitividade nos mercados onde está inserido. Abstract: The objective of this work is to understand the value of the Patrimonial Accounting as a management tool and its competitive contribute, in an environment of technological change, under a systemic and contingency vision she its contribute for an innovative and technological vision and the use of the available instruments to innovate in the area of the Management Science. To analyze the form as this stimulates the use of new the technological ones in globalization times, quick increase of the competition, and intense and fast changes of the management models. The content of this work will also provide some information on the main difficulties, the easiness and the stimulations that the Portuguese managers deal with face to face, with the challenges to innovate and to compete, to have prestige and to increase the added value of their organizations. The conclusions of the work, intend to show that the national manager is aware of the strategic importance of the information flowing from the patrimonial accounting, of the necessity of use of the technological innovation and its application to keep the market competitiveness. | pt_PT |
