Abstract(s)
O presente trabalho subordina-se ao tema “Paradigmas da Manutenção dos Equipamentos da GNR”, tendo por caso estudo os equipamentos hospitalares do Centro Clínico.
O estudo tem como principais objectivos conhecer a forma como é efectuada a manutenção dos equipamentos hospitalares do Centro Clínico, se esta é a mais correcta e se os mesmos são rentabilizados. Se tal não acontecer, identificar qual a melhor forma de os rentabilizar.
O trabalho encontra-se dividido em duas partes fundamentais. A primeira parte enquadra a manutenção no seio da logística e as suas principais características e aborda a área dos equipamentos, fazendo referência aos tipos e ao ciclo de vida dos mesmos. Na segunda parte é abordado o caso estudo e apresentada a análise e discussão dos resultados obtidos nas entrevistas, finalizando-se com as conclusões e recomendações.
A metodologia aplicada na primeira parte, prende-se com a análise documental, e na segunda parte com a observação directa e o método inquisitivo através da realização de entrevistas.
Os resultados obtidos no final do estudo referem que se deve privilegiar a manutenção programada em detrimento da pós-avaria. Constatando-se ainda que o recurso ao outsourcing se apresenta como uma forma viável de efectuar as manutenções.
Abstract The present work is subordinated to the theme: “GNR’s equipment maintenance paradigms” and its case study are the Centro Clínico’s health equipment. The main goal of this study is to know how the Centro Clínico’s health equipment maintenance is conducted, if it is the most adequate and if the equipment is being monetized. If that is not the case, identify the best way to do it. The study is organized in two fundamental parts. The first one frames the maintenance in the overall logistics, its main characteristics and approaches the equipment area by referring the different types there are and their life cycles. The second part approaches the case study, presents an analysis and discussion of the results obtained from the interviews and finishes with the conclusions and recommendations. The methodology applied in the first part is essentially document analysis; while in the second part are used direct observation and the inquisitive method through interviews. The results obtained at the end of the study lead us to conclude that the scheduled maintenance should be preferred to the after-breakdown maintenance. It is also found that outsourcing presents itself as a viable way to conduct maintenance.
