Abstract(s)
diversos problemas físicos, emocionais, sociais e espirituais. As suas terapêuticas
incluem tratamentos agressivos e prolongados, que levam a internamentos hospitalares
frequentes e demorados.
médios indicam maior conforto no contexto sóciocultural e menor no físico.
A avaliação do conforto
Hemato-oncological diseases are chronic, serious and carry the experience of several physical, emotional, social and spiritual problems. Its therapies include aggressive and prolonged treatments, which lead to frequent and long hospital stays. These aspects, which generate discomfort, justify the implementation of the intervention project: the comfort of the person with hemato-oncological disease: nursing interventions. To answer the research question, which nursing interventions promote comfort, in the person with hemato-oncological disease, in a hospital inpatient service, a scoping review was carried out. This project aims to develop technical, scientific and relational skills as a specialist nurse and master in partnership with the person with hemato-oncological disease, in promoting their comfort and contributing to improving the quality of nursing care for these inpatients hospital. This report is anchored in Kolcaba's Theory of Comfort (2003) and describes the development of skills, through the critical-reflexive practice of the activities developed. To assess the comfort of the person with hemato-oncological disease, the HCQ-PT-DC© (Querido, 2012) and a questionnaire were applied to nurses to identify the comfort-promoting interventions mobilized in their clinical practice. Data analysis reveals that these patients have good levels of total comfort, with average comfort values being higher in the state of tranquility and lower in the state of relief. In comfort contexts, the average values indicate greater comfort in the socio-cultural context and less in the physical. From the analysis of the questionnaire, nurses develop nursing interventions that promote physical relief, using the resources of their context. The assessment of comfort is performed using the available instruments, evaluating the result of these interventions through the patient's verbal and non-verbal communication. The standard of clinical guidance, nursing interventions that promote comfort to people with hemato-oncological disease, results from the implementation of the intervention project and will allow the introduction of CIPE® interventions that promote comfort, which can be mobilized by nurses in assessing the comfort of person with hemato-oncological disease
