No mundo moderno, a constante crescente de volume de negócios, comercio e trocas comerciais internacionais fazem com que cada vez mais o tecido empresarial, económico e financeiro de diferentes regiões, países e continentes, esteja interligado e interdependente. Nesse âmbito Organização Mundial das Alfândegas (OMA) como componente essencial para o bom e saudável funcionamento do comercio e trocas comerciais, de bens e valores, tem vindo a inovar e a criar formas de melhor controlo de cargas. A Safe Framework é um dos mecanismos criados pela OMA que visa promover um melhor desempenho e rapidez na movimentação de cargas assim como melhorar a segurança e transparência no seu manuseamento. O objetivo do estudo é verificar qual o grau de integração do aeroporto internacional de Bissau no quadro das Safe Framework da OMA, e para tirar ilações sobre a problemática foram questionados profissionais ligados à área utilizando a metodologia de questionário Delfhi. Após a analise de dados coletados foi concluído que existe uma integração da Safe Framework no aeroporto Internacional de Bissau embora esforços mais assertivos devem ser feitos para uma melhor implementação da mesma.
In the modern world, the constant growth of business volume, trade and international commercial exchanges mean that the business, economic and financial fabric of different regions, countries and continents is increasingly interconnected and interdependent. In this context, the World Customs Organization (WCO), as an essential component for the good and healthy functioning of trade and commercial exchanges of goods and values, has been innovating and creating ways to better control cargo. The Safe Framework is one of the mechanisms created by the WCO that aims to promote better performance and speed in the movement of cargo as well as improve safety and transparency in its handling. The objective of the study is to verify the degree of integration of the Bissau International Airport into the WCO Safe Framework, and in order to draw conclusions about the problem professionals linked to the area were questioned using the Delfhi questionnaire methodology. After analyzing the collected data, it was concluded that there is an integration of the Safe Framework at Bissau International Airport, although more assertive efforts should be made to better implement them.
