O presente Relatório de Estágio surge no âmbito do 2º Mestrado em Enfermagem Médico-Cirúrgica da Escola Superior de Enfermagem S. José de Cluny e a sua elaboração reflete todo o processo desenvolvido para a aquisição de competências comuns e específicas do enfermeiro especialista e Mestre em Enfermagem Médico-Cirúrgica.
Este trabalho tem como objetivos evidenciar as competências científicas, relacionais, técnicas e éticas aprofundadas no âmbito dos cuidados de enfermagem especializados e de Mestre em Enfermagem Médico-Cirúrgica, na vertente do cuidar da pessoa em situação crítica, e demonstrar o desenvolvimento de competências de análise crítico-reflexiva das situações de aprendizagem decorrentes das vivências nos contextos de estágio I, II, III.
O Estágio I decorreu no Serviço de Urgência Polivalente e o Estágio II no Serviço de Cuidados Intensivos Polivalente, do Hospital Dr. Nélio Mendonça. O Estágio III, de carácter opcional, foi realizado no âmbito do cuidar da pessoa em situação crítica com necessidade de transporte inter-hospitalar, sendo realizado em dois momentos, no Serviço de Emergência Médica Regional e no Serviço de Urgência Básico da Unidade de Saúde Dr. Francisco Rodrigues Jardim, de modo a colmatar a necessidade pessoal de adquirir conhecimentos e competências específicas e especializadas no âmbito do cuidar da pessoa em situação crítica, alvo de transporte inter-hospitalar.
A metodologia utilizada é descritiva, analítica e reflexiva, recorrendo à evidência científica e centrada nas experiências vivenciadas nos estágios.
Toda a descrição e reflexão concretizada neste relatório possibilitou-me analisar criticamente o percurso desenvolvido numa perspetiva de crescimento pessoal e profissional, evidenciar o percurso de aprendizagem e de desenvolvimento de competências a nível reflexivo, de pensamento crítico, tomada de decisão, resolução de problemas e comunicação, promotor do desenvolvimento das competências comuns do enfermeiro especialista, bem como as competências especializadas e de mestre em Enfermagem Médico-Cirúrgica na vertente da pessoa em situação crítica.
The present Internship Report comes within the framework of the 2nd Masters in Medical-Surgical Nursing of the Saint Joseph of Cluny Higher School of Nursing and its elaboration reflects the whole process developed for the acquisition of common and specific competences of the specialist nurse and Master in Nursing Medical-Surgical. The objective of this work is to highlight the scientific, relational, technical and ethical competences in depth in the field of nursing care specialized in Medical and Surgical Nursing in the care aspect of the critical situation and nursing master, and to demonstrate a critical-reflexive analysis of the development of nursing competences of the learning situations arising from the experiences in the stages I, II, III contexts. Stage I was held in the Multipurpose Emergency Service and Stage II in the Multipurpose Intensive Care Service of Dr. Nélio Mendonça Hospital. Stage III, optional, was carried out in the context of caring for the person in critical situation with need for interhospital transportation, and was carried out in two moments, in the Regional Medical Emergency Service and in the Basic Emergency Service of the Health Unit Dr. Francisco Rodrigues Jardim in order to meet the personal need to acquire specific knowledge and skills in the area of caring for the person in critical situation, the target of interhospital transportation. The methodology used is descriptive, analytical and reflexive, resorting to evidence, scientific and focused on the experiences experienced in the stages. All the analysis and reflection embodied in this report made it possible for me to critically analyze the course developed in a personal and professional growth perspective, to highlight the course of learning and the development of competences at a reflexive level, critical thinking, decision making, problem solving and communication, promoter of the development of the common competences of the specialist nurse, as well as specialized Medical-Surgical Nursing in the critical situation and the master's degree in nursing.
