O exercício do comando, exige a avaliação contínua dos meios disponíveis e da dinâmica do ambiente.
O texto apresentado, refletiu sobre a capacidade de resposta da Divisão Policial Destacada do Seixal, à possibilidade de ocorrer uma ação de terror, praticada por um agressor ativo nas Festas de Corroios de 2017.
A informação vertida no texto, resultou da aplicação de metodologia descritiva. A atitude holística foi sustentada pelo vivenciado na função de comando, no observado em documentos de natureza confidencial e reservada, na leitura do normativo internacional e nacional, e de autores de diversas áreas do conhecimento.
No decorrer do evento não ocorreram ações de dano no ambiente.
A reflexão realizada, permitiu explicitar a legitimidade da atuação policial, na presença de um agressor ativo, bem como a capacidade de resposta da Divisão Policial Destacada do Seixal, face à possibilidade de materialização de uma ação de terror.
The exercise of the command, requires the continuous evaluation of the available means and the dynamics of the environment. The text presented, reflected on the response capacity of the Seixal Highlighted Police Division, to the possibility of a terror action, by an aggressor active in the Festas de Corroios in 2017. The information provided in the text, resulted from the application of descriptive methodology. The holistic attitude was sustained by the experience in the command function, the observation in documents of a confidential and reserved nature, the reading of international and national rule of law, and authors from various areas of knowledge. During the event there were no environmental damage actions. The reflection made it possible to explain the legitimacy of the police action, in the presence of an active aggressor, as well as the response capacity of the Police Division of Seixal, given the possibility of materialization of an action of terror.
