Abstract(s)
O processo em que o líder tem a capacidade de influenciar um grupo para um determinado
objetivo é uma estratégia de valor que as organizações não podem descurar, sendo que
atualmente esta influência deve ser exercida também de forma digital e através de meios
tecnológicos. Assim, percecionou-se, neste estudo, a liderança digital como um
complemento à liderança tradicional. A liderança digital apresentou-se como a força
condutora da transformação digital nas organizações, e esta (a transformação digital) é o
caminho. No caso da PSP, o estudo debruçou-se em quatro exemplos dessa mesma
transformação. A estratégia da PSP indica a digitalização como o trajeto a seguir, ainda
assim, existem algumas dificuldades que as organizações enfrentam na passagem para o
mundo digital. Aqui foram exploradas também as principais dificuldades sentidas pela PSP
na transformação digital. Desta forma, se é verdade que o mundo digital carrega um
conjunto de desafios para as organizações, também é verdade que, através de uma forte
liderança digital, é possível encontrar as soluções desses problemas, também, no mundo
digital.
The process in which the leader has the ability to influence a group towards a certain goal is a valuable strategy that organizations cannot neglect; currently, this influence must also be exercised digitally and through technological means. Thus, in this study, digital leadership was perceived as a complement to traditional leadership. Digital leadership was presented as the driving force behind the digital transformation in organizations, and this (digital transformation) is the way. In the case of the PSP, the study focused on four examples of this transformation. The PSP's strategy indicates digitalization as the path to follow, yet there are some difficulties that organizations face in the transition to the digital world. In this study was also explored the main difficulties experienced by the PSP in the digital transformation. Thus, if it is true that the digital world carries a set of problems for organizations, it is also true that, through a strong digital leadership, it is possible to find solutions to these problems, also in the digital world.
