Abstract(s)
Este Trabalho de Investigação Aplicada analisa o enquadramento mais adequado ao
empenhamento de uma Companhia de Comandos em missões relacionadas com a nova
conflitualidade e tendo como base o know-howdos Comandos. Define-se em primeiro lugar a nova conflitualidade e os ambientes operacionais possíveis. Numa segunda fase, procede-se a uma apresentação das Tropas Comandos a qual inclui uma resenha histórica e o
enquadramento legal desta força. Após a definição da envolvente e do sujeito, analisam-se os cenários de actuação mais adequados ao empenhamento de uma Companhia de Comandos
no futuro.
Adoptou-se uma metodologia dedutiva, através do uso de fontes bibliográficas, mas
também uma metodologia indutiva, através da análise de casos de estudos.
Em suma, este trabalho pretende saber em que circunstâncias os Comandos devem ser
empregues, quer num ambiente nacional quer internacional
Abstract This applied research work analyses the appropriate framework to send a “Comandos” Company in the field taking into account the new types of conflicts and the “Comandos” knowhow. First we will analyse the new conflicts and the various operational environments. Then, we will focus on “Comandos” historical background and on the legal framework of this special force. After a definition of the environment and of the subject theme, the analysis is directed on the most appropriate settings to send “Comandos” Coy in the future. To realize this study, we adopted the deductive methodology, through the use of bibliography sources, and the inductive methodology, through the analysis of case studies. To summarise, this research aims at showing in which circumstance “Comandos” must be sent out, be it a national or an international environment.
