Abstract(s)
O objetivo
central é promover a reflexão, aprendizagem e empatia pelos cães. A metodologia inclui
investigação exploratória e técnicas de produção audiovisual e stop-motion. O
planeamento envolve a conceção dos episódios, incluindo a criação do apresentador
animado, desenvolvimento de moodboard, mockups do cenário, logotipo e storyboards,
assegurando uma apresentação visualmente cativante e educativa.
The present master’s project is related to an informative and humorous talk-show focused on the theme of canine behavior. It is presented by an animated stop-motion dog conversing with experts in the canine field. This initiative seeks to explore the best way to discuss a widely debated topic, but one that often only reaches those already interested. It aims to reach and educate a broader audience, preventing the abandonment and mistreatment of animals. To make the subject more attractive and accessible, the project uses a dynamic approach that mixes stop-motion animation with real-world scenarios and people, also offering a unique perspective - from the eyes of a dog. This viewpoint is little known to the general public and has the potential to create a deeper and more empathetic connection with animals. The central objective is to promote reflection, learning, and empathy towards dogs. The methodology includes exploratory research and audiovisual and stop-motion production techniques. The planning involves the conception of the episodes, including creating the animated host, developing a moodboard, mockups of the set, logo, and storyboards, and ensuring a visually captivating and educational presentation.
