Ao longo da história da evolução do design gráfico, vários foram
os ramos que se foram desenvolvendo e que se tornaram tão
importantes, tal como o próprio design gráfico.
O design editorial é um exemplo, fortíssimo dos ramos
mencionados anteriormente, que ao longo do tempo foi
ganhando um estatuto bastante prestigiado e da mesma forma
que tem alcançando, cada vez mais, um alto grau de
desenvolvimento a nível gráfico assim como a nível estético.
Este projeto, está inserido no contexto académico de tese de
projeto de mestrado em design e cultura visual. Com a
contribuição para a exploração do ramo de design gráfico
através da apresentação de caso de estudo de uma monografia
para a empresa RRA Project através do ramo de design editorial.
Throughout the history of the evolution of graphic design, it was multiple the branches that developed and became as important as graphic design itself. Editorial design is a very strong example of the previous branches, which over time has gained a very prestigious status and in the same way that it has achieved, more and more, a high degree of development at a graphic level as well as at an aesthetic level. This project, inserted in the academic context of a master's thesis project in design and visual culture, contributed to the exploration of the graphic design branch through the presentation of a case study of a monograph for the company RRA Project through the editorial design branch.
