Abstract(s)
A concretização do presente relatório constitui uma etapa finalizadora do processo de aquisição
de competências comuns e específicas de enfermeiro Especialista em Enfermagem de
Reabilitação (EEER), permitindo uma reflexão crítica do desenvolvimento das mesmas nos
diferentes contextos de ensino clínico, à luz dos enquadramentos legais que regulam esta
pratica de cuidados específicos, onde saliento: o regulamento n.º 392/2019 (enquadramento
legal das competências especificas de enfermeiro especialista em enfermagem de reabilitação);
o regulamento nº140/2019 (regula as competências comuns de enfermeiro especialista) e o
regulamento n.º 350/2015 (regula os padrões de qualidade dos cuidados especializados em
enfermagem de reabilitação).
Foram definidos para este processo objetivos gerais e específicos. Como objetivos gerais: o
desenvolvimento de competências comuns e específicas do EEER e o desenvolvimento de
competências na promoção da autogestão do regime medicamentoso – terapêutica inalatória,
na pessoa com DPOC.
Como objetivos específicos: desenvolver as competências comuns e específicas do EEER nos
contextos de ensino clínico: Unidade de Acidente Vascular Cerebral (AVC); Serviço de Medicina;
Serviço de Cirurgia cardiotorácica; Serviço de Pediatria, Equipa de cuidados Continuados
Integrados (ECCI) e Serviço de Ortopedia; aprofundar conhecimentos para a tomada de decisão
clínica na “Promoção da Autogestão do Regime Medicamentoso – Terapêutica Inalatória, na
Pessoa com DPOC” e desenvolver competências de diagnóstico, planeamento, implementação e
avaliação e a realização de dois estudos de caso, na plataforma e4Nursing, nesta área de
intervenção específica.
Encontra-se estruturado da seguinte forma: Introdução; Caracterização dos contextos de ensino
clínico; Apresentação dos casos clínicos (Caso 1 e Caso 2) e respetivas famílias; Contributos
para o desenvolvimento das competências e a Síntese final do relatório.
Foi utilizada como metodologia a pesquisa em bases de dados indexadas (Medline e Cinahl),
sobre a temática escolhida, com recurso a palavras-chave.
The completion of this report is a final stage in the process of acquiring the common and specific competences of a specialist nurse in rehabilitation nursing (EEER), allowing a critical reflection on their development in the different clinical teaching contexts, in the light of the legal frameworks that regulate this specific care practice, where I highlight: regulation no. 392/2019 (legal framework of the common competences of a specialist nurse in rehabilitation nursing); regulation no. 140/2019 (regulates the common competences of a specialist nurse in rehabilitation nursing); and regulation no. 350/2015 (regulates the specific competences of a specialist nurse in rehabilitation nursing). 392/2019 (legal framework for the specific competences of nurses specializing in rehabilitation nursing); Regulation 140/2019 (regulating the common competences of specialist nurses) and Regulation 350/2015 (regulating the quality standards of specialist care in rehabilitation nursing). Specific objectives: to develop the common and specific competences of the EEER in clinical teaching contexts: Stroke Unit; Medicine Service; Cardiothoracic Surgery Service; Pediatrics Service, Integrated Continued Care Team (ECCI) and Orthopedics Service; to deepen knowledge for clinical decision-making in the "Promotion of Self-Management of the Medication Regimen - Inhalation Therapy, in the Person with COPD" and to develop diagnostic, planning, implementation and evaluation skills and to carry out two case studies, on the e4Nursing platform, in this specific area of intervention. It is structured as follows: Introduction; Characterization of the clinical teaching contexts; Presentation of the clinical cases (Case 1 and Case 2) and their families; Contributions to the development of skills and the final summary of the report.
