Este Relatório de Estágio tem como principal objetivo estudar, perceber e testar a importância das plataformas de redes sociais nas estratégias de comunicação das marcas em contexto digital.
Numa era digital onde acresce a importância de as marcas se humanizarem e criarem relações de proximidade com o consumidor, adquirir a atenção deste torna-se difícil devido à quantidade de informação com que é confrontado diariamente.
Primeiramente será feita uma investigação onde o principal objetivo é entender a importância da implementação de estratégias de conteúdos nas plataformas de redes sociais. Posteriormente, através da partilha de conteúdos nas plataformas de redes sociais, será testada a eficácia desta abordagem.
Pretende-se também incluir uma descrição de todo o processo de estágio, abordando uma série de tópicos, desde a integração da aluna no Core Studio até às metodologias de trabalho utilizadas, o desenvolvimento de competências enquanto copywriter, entre outros.
The present Internship Report has, as principal objective, to study, understand and test the importance of social media platforms in brand communication strategies in digital context. In a digital era where the importance of brands humanization grows, as the creation of a close relationship with the consumer to capture their attention becomes very difficult due to the amount of information that is imposed to them on a daily basis. Firstly, we will present an investigation where the main objective is to understand the importance of content strategies implementation in social media platforms. Afterward, beyond content sharing on social media, we will test the effectiveness of this approach. We also intend to include a description of the whole internship process, addressing a series of topics, from the student integration in Core Studio, to the methodologies of work used in the company, as well as the copywriter skills development, among others.
