| dc.description.abstract | A valorização do capital humano da Força Aérea (FA) contribui para uma organização focada nos seus recursos humanos. A adoção de medidas de responsabilização sobre o impacto no bem-estar dos indivíduos contribui para militares mais integrados, com maior sentido de pertença, realização pessoal e uma cultura militar mais coesa. Assim, avaliou-se a aplicação na FA, através de um raciocínio hipotético-dedutivo, fundamentadas com 3 entrevistas não estruturadas dirigidas com base no mapa conceptual. Esta investigação permitiu verificar que: (1) os benefícios dum programa de desenvolvimento humano contribuem para a valorização do capital humano na FA; (2) a arquitetura deste programa de desenvolvimento humano deve assentar em três componentes (liderança, atividade física e atividades de ação social). Assim, concluiu-se que o programa de valorização do capital humano pode ser implementado na FA, permitindo otimizar os recursos humanos através dum programa de melhoramento individual contínuo. Abstract: The valorization of the human capital in the Air Force (AF) leads to an organization focused on its human resources. The adoption of measures of responsibility on the impact on the well-being of individuals contributes to a more integrated military, with a greater sense of belonging, personal fulfillment and a more cohesive military culture. Thus, the application to AF was evaluated through hypothetical-deductive reasoning, tested in 3 nonstructured interviews defined through the conceptual map. These interviews showed that: the benefits of a human development program contribute to the valorization of the human capital in the AF; The architecture of this human development program must be based on three components (leadership, physical activity and social work). Therefore, it was concluded that the human capital valorization program can be implemented in the AF, allowing for the optimization of human resources through a continuous individual improvement program. | pt_PT |
