Abstract(s)
O presente relatório insere-se no âmbito da Unidade Curricular de Estágio de natureza profissional com relatório – Módulo II, parte integrante do Curso de Mestrado em Enfermagem de Saúde Mental e Psiquiátrica, da Escola Superior de Enfermagem do Porto, com início em fevereiro de 2022 e término em julho de 2023. A análise reflexiva sobre o percurso académico permite demonstrar o processo de aprendizagem de saberes e aquisição de competências comuns e especificas na área da Enfermagem de Saúde Mental e Psiquiátrica. A construção deste relatório baseia-se nos objetivos definidos para a Unidade Curricular consolidados no estágio decorrido entre 07/02/2023 a 13/06/2023, em contexto de internamento de pessoas em fase de descompensação clínica aguda da doença mental, contexto comunitário e contexto de respostas diferenciadas. O relatório é sustentado em evidência científica atual, com reflexão na ação e descrição do processo de obtenção de competências descrito ao longo de oito capítulos, que constituem este relatório: introdução, enquadramento conceptual do tema do relatório, caracterização dos três contextos de estágio, seguindo-se um capítulo, para cada contexto, dividido em 7 subcapítulos, que descrevem o respetivo plano de cuidados de enfermagem e, ainda, um capítulo onde são descritas as principais atividades que permitiram adquirir e consolidar as competências de enfermeiro especialista. Na síntese final do relatório é apresentada uma análise crítico-reflexiva das atividades desenvolvidas ao longo do estágio, suportadas na melhor evidência científica. Importa referir que os planos de cuidados foram elaborados de acordo com a Ontologia de Enfermagem, com recurso à plataforma pedagógica e4nursing, com foco nas alterações da cognição. Adotamos uma metodologia descritiva, analítico-reflexiva, baseada na pesquisa bibliográfica em bases de dados científicas e nas oportunidades de aprendizagem com que nos deparamos no decorrer do estágio. No sentido de desenvolver e adquirir competências especializadas específicas foi necessário aprofundar conhecimentos e treinar técnicas de comunicação, de intervenção psicoterapêutica de enfermagem e de elaboração de planos de cuidados baseados na Ontologia de Enfermagem. Concluímos que este foi o início de um processo de aprendizagem que se quer contínuo e que permitiu o desenvolvimento de habilidades e competências especializadas em cuidados de saúde mental, visando a excelência dos cuidados especializados de enfermagem. O exercício profissional em Saúde Mental e Psiquiátrica é um bom exemplo da mais-valia do trabalho em equipa e um dos espaços simbólicos do reforço da relação enfermeiro-pessoa alvo de cuidados, entre quem cuida e quem é cuidado, como evidenciado neste percurso formativo
This report is part of the Curricular Unit of Internship of a professional nature with report - Module II, an integral part of the Master's Degree in Mental Health and Psychiatric Nursing, of the Nursing School of Porto, which started in February 2022 and ended in July 2023. The reflexive analysis about the academic path allows to demonstrate the process of learning knowledge and acquiring common and specific skills in the area of Mental Health and Psychiatric Nursing. The construction of this report is based on the objectives defined for the Curricular Unit consolidated in the internship between 07/02/2023 to 13/06/2023, in the context of hospitalization of people in the phase of acute clinical decompensation of mental illness, community context and clinical context in differentiated responses. The report is underpinned in current scientific evidence, with reflection in action and description of the process of acquiring competences described throughout the eight chapters that compose this report: introduction, conceptual framework of the report theme, the chapter characterizing the three internship settings, followed by a chapter for each setting, divided into 7 subchapters, which describe the respective individual nursing care plan and also a chapter describing the main activities that allowed the acquisition and consolidation of the competences of specialist nurse. This paper presents a critical-reflective analysis of the activities developed throughout the internship, supported by the best scientific evidence. It should be noted that the care plans were developed according to the Nursing Ontology, using the e4nursing pedagogical platform, focusing on the cognition changes. We adopted a descriptive, analytical-reflective methodology, based on the bibliographic research in scientific databases and on the learning opportunities we encountered during the internship. In order to develop and acquire specific specialized skills, it was necessary to deepen knowledge and train communication techniques, psychotherapeutic nursing intervention and the elaboration of care plans based on the Nursing Ontology. We conclude that this was the beginning of a learning process, intended to be continuous, which allowed the development of specialized skills and competences in mental healthcare, aiming the excellence of the specialized nursing care. The professional exercise in Mental Health and Psychiatry is a good example of the added value of teamwork and one of the symbolic spaces for strengthening the nurse-person relationship, between those who care and those who are cared for, as evidenced in this training programme.
