| dc.description.abstract | O sector dos cruzeiros marítimos de lazer tem-se afirmado nos últimos anos como um dos sectores da indústria do turismo com maior crescimento e dinamismo a nível mundial, apresentando também uma clara evolução em Portugal. Nesse sentido, e tendo como objectivo um alargamento dos conhecimentos sobre este sector, considerou-se pertinente a realização de um estudo sobre uma das partes que mais contribuiu para esta evolução: o consumidor. O objecto de estudo da presente dissertação é mais concretamente o consumidor de cruzeiros marítimos em Portugal, tendo como principais objectivos a identificação e caracterização destes indivíduos, a análise do seu comportamento antes, durante e após o cruzeiro, realizando ainda uma breve análise a eventuais consumidores de cruzeiros e às suas pretensões futuras relativamente a este tipo de férias. | por |
| dc.description.abstract | The cruise leisure sector has been claimed in recent years as one of the sectors of the tourism industry with greater growth and dynamism in the world, also showing a clear evolution in Portugal. Thereby, and with the aim of extending the knowledge of this sector, it was considered appropriate to conduct a study on one of the parties that contributed to this evolution: the consumer. The study object of this paper is more specifically the cruise consumer in Portugal, having as main objective the identification and characterization of these individuals, the analysis of their behavior before, during and after the cruise, making even a brief analysis of possible cruise consumers and their future intentions for this type of vacation. | ing |
