Abstract(s)
Este relatório surge do desenvolvimento de um projeto previamente planeado no
âmbito do 8º Curso de Mestrado em Enfermagem na Área de Especialização em
Enfermagem de Saúde Mental e Psiquiátrica e tem como principal objetivo apresentar
o percurso realizado para a aquisição de competências de enfermeiro especialista.
Integrei o projeto ARisCo__smca, com o intuito de avaliar o Risco Clínico em
Pedopsiquiatria. Nesta área existe um número considerável de crianças e
adolescentes com perturbações do comportamento, tais como a agressividade, tendo
impacto na organização dos cuidados. Atacar ou agredir, provocar dor a si próprio ou
ir contra objetos e/ou pessoas (…). Porquê este comportamento? E esta opção foi
escolhida com base na inquietude que me provoca.
Em contexto clínico, assume-se necessário atribuir um significado ao
comportamento agressivo para poder dar respostas mais adaptadas.
Este estágio decorreu em Pedopsiquiatria entre a unidade de internamento e o
ambulatório. No internamento integro o projeto acima mencionado com a finalidade
de validar um instrumento para avaliação do Risco Clínico, bem como planear e
prestar cuidados de enfermagem a crianças/adolescentes com comportamentos
agressivos. O estágio na comunidade incidiu particularmente na aquisição de
competências socioterapêuticas desenvolvidas no seio de um grupo de 5
adolescentes.
This report arises from the development of a project previously planned in the 8th Master’s Degree in Nursing in Mental Health and Psychiatry Area of Specialization, and it’s main goal is to present the path taken for the acquisition of specialist nurse competences. I integrated the project ARisCo__smca, with the purpose of evaluating the Clinical Risk in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. In this area there are a considerable number of children and adolescents with behavioural disorders, such as aggressiveness, having an impact on the healthcare organization. Attacking or assaulting, causing pain to oneself or going against objects and / or people (…). Why this behaviour? This option was chosen based on the restlessness that this matter causes to me. On the clinical context, it is necessary to assign a meaning to the aggressive behaviour in order to be able to provide more suitable answers. This internship in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry took place between the in-patient unit and the community health. On the in-patient unit, I integrated the aforementioned project with the purpose of validating an instrument for the evaluation of Clinical Risk, as well as planning and providing nursing care to children / adolescents with aggressive behaviour. The internship on the community focused particularly on the acquisition of socio-therapeutic competences developed within a group of five adolescents.
