| dc.description.abstract | A instrução sempre teve, e continua a ter, um papel preponderante na Força Aérea Portuguesa (FAP). Neste âmbito e, sendo a Academia da Força Aérea (AFA) a entidade responsável pela formação superior dos oficiais do quadro permanente da FAP, fará todo o sentido aferirmos de que modo será possível a realização do Tirocínio pela AFA, de forma a racionalizar recursos. Assim, e para o desenvolvimento deste trabalho foi tido como referência o método de investigação em Ciências Sociais, proposto por Raymond Quivy e em aplicação neste Instituto. Este método é constituído por três fases (ruptura, construção e verificação), em que, partindo de uma pergunta inicial, se procuraram respostas através da formulação e exploração de hipóteses. Para o efeito, recorre-se à análise e caracterização de modelos de formação existentes em algumas academias, a nível internacional. Segue-se uma análise da formação existente em Portugal, da possibilidade de integrar a componente prática com a componente teórica do curso de pilotagem aeronáutica e ainda assim, garantir uma continuidade considerada adequada. Passa-se de seguida a uma análise dos recursos existentes e necessários à execução do Tirocínio pela AFA. Esta investigação permitiu concluir que, a AFA deve ser a entidade responsável por todo o processo de formação de um Piloto Aviador, e que para o efeito, deve dispor de meios aéreos próprios. O modelo desejável de formação, será aquele em que existe uma integração das componentes teórica e prática e concluiu-se ainda que, os recursos existentes são suficientes para a concretização deste modelo de formação. No final, apresentam-se algumas recomendações que se julgam necessárias à implementação deste modelo. Abstract: Instruction has always had and still has a leading role in the Portuguese Air Force (FAP). In this context, and being the Air Force Academy (AFA) the entity responsible for training the officers of the permanent staff of the FAP, it comes has necessary the assessment of the possibility of having the initial pilot training in AFA in order to rationalize resources. Thus, for the development of this work, the method of research in social sciences proposed by Raymond Quivy was used as reference. This method consists in three phases (rupture, construction and verification), in which, from an starting question, answers are sought through the development and exploration of hypotheses. To this end, the analysis and characterization of existing models of training in some international academies is used. Then, there is a review of the training in Portugal and an analysis of the possibility of integrating the practical with the theoretical component of the pilot course training ensuring an appropriate continuity. After this, there is an analysis of the existing resources and of the resources necessary for the implementation of the initial pilot training in AFA. This research concluded that AFA should be the entity responsible for the whole process of training an aviator and, consequently, should have its own air assets. The desirable type of training should have an integration of the theoretical and practical components. It is also concluded that existing resources are sufficient to implement this model training. In the end, some recommendations deemed necessary to implement this model are presented. | pt_PT |
