Abstract(s)
Introdução: O presente Relatório de Estágio surge no âmbito da Unidade Curricular Relató-
rio, integrado no plano de Estudos do 6º Mestrado em Enfermagem em Associação, na área de
Especialização em Enfermagem Médico-Cirúrgica – A Pessoa em Situação Crítica e Mestre em
Enfermagem.
Objetivo: Realizar uma análise reflexiva sobre o processo formativo desenvolvido ao longo
dos estágios e a sua importância no desenvolvimento e aquisição de Competências Comuns e
Específicas de Enfermeiro Especialista em Enfermagem Médico-Cirúrgica – Na Pessoa em Situ-
ação Crítica e Mestre em Enfermagem.
Metodologia: Para a elaboração do presente relatório recorreu-se a uma metodologia refle-
xiva, onde são descritas e analisadas criticamente, as atividades desenvolvidas, ao longo dos
Estágio I e Estágio Final. A realização do projeto de intervenção profissional foi desenvolvida de
acordo com a Metodologia de Projeto.
Resultados: O presente relatório final revela de que forma foram adquiridas e desenvolvidas
as competências de Enfermeiro Especialista em Enfermagem Médico-Cirúrgica na Pessoa em
Situação Crítica e Mestre em Enfermagem. O projeto de intervenção profissional proporcionou
um conjunto de propostas de melhoria contínua a ser implementadas, através da implementação
do rastreio do Staphylococcus aureus resistente à Meticilina, no Serviço de Urgência.
Conclusão: No presente relatório foram abordadas as experiências vivenciadas ao longo
dos Estágio I e Estágio Final, com maior incidência nas relações interpessoais, nos cuidados de
enfermagem à pessoa em situação crítica, na prevenção e controlo de infeção, finalizando com
uma análise crítico reflexiva sobre o processo de aquisição e desenvolvimento de competências
comuns e específicas de Enfermeiro Especialista em Enfermagem Médico-Cirúrgica na Pessoa
em Situação Crítica e Mestre em Enfermagem, tendo sido considerados atingidos os objetivos
definidos.
Introduction: This internship report is a part of the Curricular Unit, integrated in the study plan of the 6th Master's Degree in Association Nursing, in the area of Specialization in Medical- Surgical Nursing – The Person in Critical Care and Master in Nursing. Objective: execute a reflective analysis about clinical experience throughout internships and its importance in the development and acquisition of Common and Specific Skills for Specialist Nurses in Medical-Surgical Nursing – In the Person in Critical Situation and Master in Nursing. Methodology: For the elaboration of this report, a reflective methodology was used, where the activities developed during the internship I and Final internship are described and critically analysed. The professional intervention project was developed according to the Project Method- ology. Results: The current final report reveals how the competencies of a Specialist Nurse in Med- ical-Surgical Nursing in Critical Situations and a Master of Nursing were acquired and developed. The professional intervention project has generated a set of continuous improvement proposals to be implemented through the introduction of Methicillin-Resistant Staphylococcus aureus screening in the Emergency Department. Conclusion: In this report, the experiences lived throughout internship I and the Final intern- ship’s were addressed, with greater incidence in interpersonal relationships, in nursing care for the person in critical situation, in the prevention and control of infection, ending with a critical and reflective analysis on the process of acquisition and development of common and specific com- petences of Specialist Nurse in Medical-Surgical Nursing in the Person in Critical Situation and Master in Nursing, having been considered achieved the defined objectives.
