El presente trabajo pretende analizar, formular e implementar herramientas gerenciales que permitan el seguimiento y monitoreo permanente de los proyectos de inversión a cargo de la Secretaría Distrital de Seguridad, Convivencia y Justicia. Esta herramienta parte de un análisis de las bases de datos y matrices de seguimiento a la gestión presupuestal de los proyectos de inversión que actualmente se manejan desde las diferentes dependencias de la entidad, posteriormente se identificará la información relevante que en materia de gestión presupuestal de los recursos de seguridad, convivencia y justicia requiere el nivel directivo de la entidad y la ciudadanía en general, y finalmente, se establecerán e implementarán las herramientas gerenciales propuestas, como reportes e informes, relacionados con el manejo de los recursos presupuestales de seguridad, convivencia y justicia, que faciliten no solo la toma de decisiones, sino la divulgación de la gestión presupuestal de la entidad. El propósito principal de la investigación es mejorar la gestión presupuestal de la Secretaría Distrital de Seguridad, Convivencia y Justicia, brindando información relevante que coadyuve a la toma de decisiones efectivas que permitan un mayor impacto de la inversión en los indicadores de seguridad y justicia de la ciudad.
This work pretends to analyze, propose and implement management tools, which allows follow-up and permanent monitory of the investment projects of the District Department of Security, cohabitation and justice. This instrument approaches from a data-based analysis and was taken from a management matrix of the current project investment budget coming from the relevant sections of the institution, hereinafter, we are going to identify the significant information of the Security, cohabitation and justice management resources investment required for executives and general citizens, and conclusively, the management tools suggested will be stablished and implement, hence, by announcements and reports related to the security, cohabitation and justice financial resources use, which makes easier not only the decision making, but the outreach of the institutional budgetary management. The main purpose of this investigation is to improve the investment management of the District Department of Security, cohabitation and justice, sharing relevant information which contributes to the effective decision making, to ensure a higher impact on the city safety and justice indicators.
