Abstract(s)
O presente trabalho encontra-se subordinado ao tema: “A Liderança no Âmbito da Descrição e Análise de Funções dos Oficiais Subalternos”.
Tem como objectivo verificar as competências de liderança referenciadas como
fundamentos e princípios para os Oficiais Subalternos no exercício das suas funções
através de uma análise de funções.
A metodologia consiste no uso de dois tipos de investigação: a teórica e a prática. A primeira consiste na procura de factos através de pesquisas bibliográficas e de internet e, posteriormente, a prática, diz respeito ao uso de técnicas de recolha de dados – inquéritos e entrevistas - para posterior correlação com a teoria e confirmação das hipóteses formuladas. A partir de todo o trabalho efectuado, quer a nível teórico, quer a nível prático, pode-se concluir que o líder aprende a ser líder, e tem de desenvolver competências para liderar, e
para liderar com sucesso tem de adaptar-se à situação. Como não há uma teoria que seja perfeita o que conta é a capacidade de adaptação à situação do líder
Abstract The present work is submitted to the theme: “The Leadership in the Scope of Description and Analysis of Official Duties of Subordinate”. Its aims to determine the skills of leadership and principles listed as reasons of the Subordinate Official exercising his functions through an analysis of functions. The methodology consists in using two types of research: the theory and practice. The first demand for and bibliographic searches through the internet and then the practice, involves the use of techniques for gathering data – surveys and interviews – for later correlation with the theory and confirmation of the formulated hypothesis. From all the work done, whether the theoretical level, or at the practical level, one can conclude that the leader learns to be leader, and must develop skills to lead and lead to success has to adapt to the situation. As there is a theory that is perfect what counts is the ability to adapt to the situation of the leader.
