Este relatório surge no âmbito do mestrado de Gestão e Estratégica Empresarial pela Universidade Europeia, dando seguimento ao estágio que o aluno realizou na SGS Portugal S.A., designadamente no departamento de formação, SGS Academy, tendo como objetivo a obtenção do grau de mestre.
Com efeito, o presente relatório está dividido em quatro partes. A primeira parte diz respeito à contextualização do conceito de Recrutamento. Em segundo lugar, proceder-se-á a uma caracterização geral da empresa onde pude realizar o estágio. Posteriormente, descrever-se-á o estágio, desde a contextualização do mesmo, à descrição das tarefas desenvolvidas e a respetiva proposta de melhoria apresentada pelo estagiário, nomeadamente, quanto aos contornos da criação de uma bolsa de empregabilidade. Finalmente, refletir-se-á acerca dos pontos fortes e fracos do estágio, fazendo, para o efeito, um balanço crítico do mesmo
This report appears in the context of the Master’s degree in Strategic and Business Management, lectured by the Universidade Europeia, continuing the internship in SGS Portugal, specifically in the training department, SGS Academy, and his goal is to obtain the Master’s degree. In fact, this report is divided in four parts. The first part concerns the contextualization of the concept of Recruitment. Secondly, there is a general characterization of the company where the internship takes place. Afterwards, the internship is described from it’s contextualization to the description of the tasks and the proposal of improvement suggested by the trainee, namely about the outlines of the creation of an employability grant. Finally, this report will reflect on the strengths and weaknesses of the internship, and, for that matter, a critical assessment on it’s vantages and disadvantages will take place.
