O Turismo no Espaço Rural, por ter características tão particulares, dá aos turistas a possibilidade de experienciarem diferentes realidades. Face à crescente procura por esta forma de turismo, o presente trabalho será realizado no âmbito de um projeto que tem como objetivo principal a elaboração de um plano de negócios e viabilidade económico-financeiro de investimento, assim como demonstração de como é possível aliar o turismo rural e a agricultura de forma consciente, sustentável e adotando práticas que vão ao encontro das preconizadas pelo Modo de Produção Biológico.A elaboração do projeto foi dentro do contexto de instalação de um alojamento rural sustentável na freguesia de Rio Vide, Miranda do Corvo e baseada muitas vezes nas perceções do agricultor proprietário da exploração, complementadas com recolhas bibliográficas sobre o sector do turismo de Portugal, alojamento rural sustentável e práticas agrícolas sustentáveis.Os resultados obtidos possibilitaram apresentar relações significativas entre as dificuldades em fixar-se neste sector do mercado, as motivações do empreendimento, as estratégias de marketing e viabilidade económico-financeira, indicando viabilidade positiva através dos indicadores VAL, TIR e Payback.
Rural Space Tourism, due to its unique characteristics, offers tourists the opportunity to experience different realities. Given the growing demand for this form of tourism, the present work will be carried out as part of a project whose main objective is the development of a business plan and economic-financial feasibility study for investment, as well as demonstrating how it is possible to combine rural tourism and agriculture in a conscious, sustainable manner, adopting practices that align with those advocated by Organic Farming.The project development was done in the context of establishing a sustainable rural accommodation in the parish of Rio Vide, Miranda do Corvo, often based on the perceptions of the farmer who owns the farm, supplemented with bibliographic research on the tourism sector in Portugal, sustainable rural accommodation, and sustainable agricultural practices.The results obtained made it possible to present significant relationships between the challenges of establishing oneself in this market sector, the motivations for the venture, marketing strategies, and economic-financial viability, indicating positive feasibility through the indicators of NPV (Net Present Value), IRR (Internal Rate of Return), and Payback.
